This is a bit late. On march 27, 2023 Brett and Alfonso service techs installed a new a/c unit in my home. They both were very professional, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. They did an excellent job of installing the unit and cleaning up all debris. They even set the heating and air to the temps I prefer so that it would automatically switch to the preferred temperature for heat or ac.

Brad Dence and team were great at communicating and talking through our building's needs. Brett and Kaleb were great at installing everything we needed and went the extra mile when we had a hiccup with the size of the HVAC. All done in one day, thank you all!

We have had the Advantage Plan for almost 3 years and have saved THOUSANDS of dollars in maintenance and upkeep on our new unit. Our regular technician is Charlie, and he always comes with a professional, friendly attitude, and we know our unit is being maintained to the highest standards while he is here. There isn’t a better deal or value for AC in the Charleston area.

Received same day repairs to fix a leak under my kitchen sink. Shaun Weaver was outstanding and thorough in his work. Will definitely use his services again if needed!

Gerald, Brandon and Cole did an excellent job repairing our heating unit. They were prompt, knowledgeable and respectful! We are so grateful for this company to help us out on a weekend!! I would highly recommend them.

From the beginning with the salesman came within two hours of our initial call and presented an awesome package for us and a payment plan we could afford his name is Caleb. He was very professional and I am probably the most particular and picky client/customer you’ve ever had and he was absolutely awesome. As for the tech that came today to actually install both the HVAC and the water heater Top notch. Forgive me, I cannot remember the names, but they were also respectful, clean, and fast. The installation of the water heater was also the same. I will highly recommend this company for any of those needs and we will always use them going forward.
