We had an absolutely wonderful experience using Pleasant Air Conditioning & Electric!

Everyone we spoke with was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. From the Owner - Jeremy, to the Office Manager - Laura, and all of the Technicians that were on site to perform a diagnostic test and install the new HVAC system, we had a great experience. We were informed of all of our options before the work was performed.

We plan to to use their services going forward and would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and professional company! We are thankful they were recommended to us!.

These guys are the best. I used someone before them that took me to the cleaners. After 1300 dollars and my AC not working, a friend told me to call Pleasant Air and talk to Jeremy. What a breath of fresh air. Jeremy sent someone over immediately and we together decided to replace the AC unit. Jeremy didn't have the one I wanted in stock so he met the Columbia Trane dealer in Orangeburg to pick it up. The next morning they installed and we are very happy customers. A Pleasant experience.

A Huge shout-out to Jeremy and his crew at Pleasant Air. I had two Ecobee thermostats that needed to be installed and I called Pleasant Air and got an immediate response back. They scheduled the appointment in a timely manner and they arrived on time and were very professional. Jeremy and his crew also services my air con units every year ( and even installed a new one at my rental home) and I have found them to be highly professional, responsive and a good value. I would not hesitant to recommend Pleasant Air to family and friends.

As a business owner myself for more than 35 years I understand the importance of providing service and value for your customer's dollar. From my very first call to discuss the issues I had with my old system, to setting appointments, confirmations, installation as well as follow-up calls and service just to check on things...I could not be more pleased with every individual who I've spoken to or who came to my home. The price Jeremy quoted was the exact price I paid, even though additional thermostat wiring issues were discovered. Installation required a little customization to fit my space, the crew was respectful and pleasant, they wore masks due to Covid-19 and cleaned up when finished. I rarely leave reviews however this was an exceptional level of quality and professionalism and I want everyone to know it was appreciated. The A/C and heating system has functioned perfectly. In addition, compared my electric bills to last year and, so far, it has saved me money every month. As a Realtor people always ask me for vendor recommendations. Jeremy and Pleasant Air are at the top of my list!

Jeremy and his team did an excellent job installing my new HVAC system. My old upstairs unit was undersized and would run all day long. Pleasant Air replaced the unit and worked with me to increase the tonnage by 0.5 and now my upstairs stays nice and cool. Pretty soon I'll have my old (18 year old) downstairs unit replaced as well by Pleasant Air. I know they'll do a fantastic job!

A neighbor recommended this company and we thoroughly impressed with the quote, the installation and the follow through. We had a very challenging replacement to say the least but the crew was diligent, worked hard on one of the hottest days of the year and then took the time to explain the thermostat and the new equipment to us before they left. They cleaned up after themselves and we couldn't be happier with their services. Would highly recommend!

He stopped by my house on Sunday evening to look over my current system and provided me a quote on the spot. The price was amazing and the crew was at my house on Tuesday morning to install the air conditioning unit and blower.
