I recently bought a two story home built in 2002 that had an A/C unit on it's last leg. I was apprehensive about finding a reputable company, and got 5-6 quotes. In the beginning, I got quotes from some companies that were considerably cheaper, but didn't specify the type of A/C unit, the size, etc. On top of that confusion, what I didn't realize is the house I purchased was only on one zone, meaning it would be much warmer on the second floor, and a lot of companies out there were slightly cheaper but they did not include rezoning pricing which I had asked for. Bottom line is, if you want someone EXCELLENT, go with Pleasant Air Conditioning and Electric. They accomodated my difficult job around Christmas, explained any rebates I was eligible for, were fully transparent and honest about costs (no hidden fees you might find with other competitors), and went above and beyond my expectations. Don't risk going with someone else who might look cheaper on paper. Go with someone who knows what they are doing and follows through with their commitments and is highly professional, and has the most competitive pricing in town. Period.

Joe & Ryan serviced my 3 units. I had 2 replaced. They helped me get a fair price and they came back for a free maintenance check up. They even changed my filters for me. Great business. I highly recommend them.
