This company installed a new HVAC system for our entire home as well as a mini-split. Every appointment was timely, pricing was competitive and everyone at the company has been easy to work with and kind. I also work in a service industry and know the importance of everything they get right!

I had an old HVAC system that was on its last leg. It stopped working on a hot Saturday evening of a long holiday weekend. I called them that night and they had someone at my house the following day to get the system running again. As the system was 20+yrs old and had been repaired numerous times I got them to quote a new system. I was happy with the cost they proposed as it was more competitive than other quotes. They installed the system, upgraded some old ductwork and have been very supportive of any questions and concerns I ever since.

I have used Pleasant A/C over the years and they keep getting better. They installed a new system in my rental property last year. I received an email from them last week wanting to come back out and do a COMPLIMENTARY check of the system. I’ve never had an a/c company do that. I recommend them whenever I can.

The team arrived on time the day of the quote for the work. The technician was very pleasant, and was very easy to work with. We walked through the project, he wrote it up and gave me the price. We agreed upon the price and the work was to start as soon as the unit was ordered and arrived. The unit was ordered the following day, the unit arrived on Friday 6/12 and the two technicians (Electrical and AC) arrived this morning 6/15 at 9:30 AM (right on time) and I walked them through my expectations. They set to work and had the work completed in five (5) hrs. They installed a Mitsubishi/Trane Mini-Spit AC/Heatpump system in our FROG and did a wonderful job. They cleaned up after themselves and the work was excellent. The technicians were courteous and were conscious of the fact that we have two cats and made sure that the cats didn't follow them out of the house as they were entering and exiting. Great work all the way around.

We had a twenty year old HVAC system for our 3,600 SF house and decided it was time to replace it. We did some research, looked at Trane vs Lennox, and talked with a couple pros. Both brands are good but we were leaning toward the Trane because they have an aluminum coil vs copper/aluminum which has had some leak issues in our coastal environment and the "smart" thermostat technology allows fantastic control and alerts wherever you are on earth. Jeremy and Lance surveyed the house and system and provided a solution that had better air management and efficiency. It works great, the electric bill is down, their bid was very competitive, Dominion energy sent us a $1,000 rebate, and we have peace of mind for the years to come. I forgot to mention, since we live in a coastal flood zone the outside unit needed to be on a 4' platform with a surround approved by the HOA and the blower needed to be in the attic. About as complicated as it gets. Lance said, no problem. They brought extra crew and custom build the enclosure the morning of the install and the system was running same day. I didn't think they could do that. Very happy here.

This past late Friday night I realized I had no heat in my house. I called Jeremy first thing Saturday morning at 8 am. Lance was at my house by 9:30am! He had been at my house 2 months ago for another problem that he fixed quickly! He thought it might have been the same problem as before but it was not. After some testing he found that my condense line was clogged and blew it out and that was the problem. Not only did he clear the line but he added a tee in the line so I would know if the line clogged again if I saw water on the concrete floor. He did not have to do this as if it happened again I would have to pay for another service call! So he actually saved me money avoiding a future service call if I see water coming out of the tee I would be able to blow out the line myself. less than 30 minutes after Lance arrived it was fixed and I had heat again!
Great service, very professional and a pleasure to know that I have a great company to call if I have heating or AC problems in the future! Definitely the right company to call if you have HVAC problems!

Pleasant Air did a great job on a HVAC system tune-up. Pleasant Air was very prompt in scheduling service and Joe was very courteous and gracious in answering all of my questions. I recommend Pleasant Air should you have any HVAC needs .

Scheduled appt between 8:00 - 10:00. Received a text that technician was on his way at 7:55. Joe checked and cleaned the outside condenser coil and completed the maintenance on the air handler. Outstanding professional service. Highly recommend Pleasant Air for all your HVAC issues.
