The two guys that came and did the adjustment and calibration of our system were very professional courteous and did an excellent job. Our system works so much better now and it is the right temperature in every room not just a few. The guy that came and did the estimate was also very professional and and did not try to sell the services we did not need.

Tech was knowledgeable about the system diagnosed the issue got our system back up and put in the work order for leak repair.
Today a different tech arrived and repaired the leak in the system. Fingers crossed that we don’t have additional issues but if so I would call on Fogel to service and repair

I wanted to get an estimate for an HVAC replacement for a property we are closing. I asked them to contact my realtor to schedule the visit. But the lady on the phone was rude and insisted that the seller call them instead. I already got two companies visit and give me estimates. She has no idea about seller paid closing contracts. You just lost a $6k work order.

Fogel team is always professional and the techs are so knowledgeable, been using them for 10+ years now and will continue

If I could give 10 stars, Fogel Services would definitely get it! From the very first meeting with the Field Manager Ken, until the last wave goodbye to "Super Technician" Luke, these guys were 100% great! They showed up when they were supposed to and worked hard all day long for 4 days. They replaced our 30 year old duct work, which was horrendous, and the ac/heat unit that was the same age. We had several questions, which they answered without hesitation. They showed us how to use the thermostat and cleaned up after themselves. Fogel Services will forever be our HVAC contractor from now on. I have not been paid for this review, I have not been promised anything, and I am telling the whole truth!

My husband and I built our home through Americas Home Place in December 2015. They chose Fogel for the install of our 2 units. Today was my second experience with this unprofessional company. Immediately after I told them why I was calling I was told they would not be able to get anyone out here today(Saturday). Actually it would be Monday. We also were under the impression we had a 20 year warranty. Today I was informed that the only warranty we have covers parts only. At that point I said we would go with the Carolina Air Care who we prefer. Think twice before you contact this company.

As usual, Fogel provided great Service by a knowledgeable, friendly and helpful Technician. We have a Contract with Fogel, so the they are always available for any issues that arise. I would highly recommend Fogel for any Heating/AC needs.

The techs are very helpful and courteous to myself and my wife. We've had issues with our system but when able to reach support they where very helpful. Robert has been helping us through our new construction A.C issues. He has been very helpful. Couldn't give 5* due to the couple of issues with the dispatcher. Hopefully going forward everything with be smooth sailing

My AC went out on a Sunday morning so I called Fogel. A very pleasant woman answered the phone and listened to my concerns. She dispatched a tech out in less than 5 hours. The tech resolved the issue in less than an hour after arrival. They gave me a great rate and I was able to pay over the phone. I received excellent service on a weekend, I am very impressed!

Jerry and Sterling were professional, courteous and incredibly friendly. Went above and beyond with providing superior customer service as well as saving me money by accurately diagnosing the underlying issue. A small part had to be replaced but most technicians wouldn't have known that and may have recommended a larger, more costlier repair.
