    I called this company because the one that installed my a/c unit was taking too long to repair what they diagnosed as bad dampers. I ordered the dampers through Fogel at a better price than originally quoted from the installing company. When the technician arrived, he wanted to troubleshoot to be sure we actually needed to replace the dampers. He immediately found a wire to one of the dampers disconnected resulting it the damper not functioning properly. After reconnecting, he tested the entire system to be sure that everything was working as it should, then spent the next hour educating me on how to troubleshoot basic items on my own. Instead me having to pay $1500, he only charged me the $85 service call. The company was top notch from start to finish and have earned a lifelong customer. Thank you Fogel services.

    I have been with Fogel services for several years and have found them to be responsive to our requests for service. I have been satisfied with the technician who comes twice a year to service our heating and air conditioning system. He is expert in his field and is easy to work with.

    Fogel installed the system in my home when it was built, and I've used them for 6 years for the 2 times a year maintenance. They have always been on time and professional for the service calls. Highly recommended.

    I bought my home at the end of March. My Unit stopped working on 6/13/21. They sent a maintenance worker out on 6/14/21. He advised that the system looked like it was leaking since it was installed. When I asked if they were the company that installed it he said yes. So he then advised that he had everything fixed and left. Now it’s five days later and the unit has gone out again. He arrived this morning (6/19/21) and advised that now he has to order a compressor, because the unit has grounded out and that I could be without A/C for up to 5 days. I called the company and advised used them that l was not happy with this. Especially considering that I have a pregnant wife here and now we have to figure out how to stay cool. The only thing the company’s representative responded with was “ Well I’ll have the service manager give you call. But I’m not sure how much they will be able to do.”

    The unit is barely 4 months old and now because of them improperly installing it we have to go a week without A/C or find somewhere else to stay.

    Fogel services were absolutely incredible! Not only were they financially fair, they were kind, prompt, and very attentive. When our AC went out the day we moved into our new house, we were treated with empathy and swiftness to resolve our issue replacing both AC units in our home. We will be using them for all future AC needs! Thank you again for such amazing customer service and keeping our little family nice and comfortable.

    Fogel Services does an outstanding job every time, so I can be confident my HVAC operates perfectly. Kent went above and beyond performing maintenance and changing the filter on my air cleaner. I was concerned about the grates on my 12-foot ceilings. They had accumulated a lot of dust. Kent removed them for me, so I was able to clean them thoroughly. Our maintenance contract with Fogel has been well worth the money.

    RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Fogel, is a thief... He filed for a permit showing a 4 ton a/c unit for my 2900+ SF home and installed a 3 ton unit!!!!! We went to Dorchester county and was advised that this is actionable and to file a complaint with SCLLR against the builder and Fogel... That will be done first thing in the morning. They did a bait and switch, filed document with the county with supporting numbers indicating a 4 ton unit is required and then installed a 3 ton unit... WTH???? Bunch of crooks!

    Our initial maintenance appointment was rescheduled due to COVID and luckily we were able to grab a Saturday appointment. Russell arrived on time, and spent a lot of time making sure everything was done correctly and took his time explaining everything to us. He was awesome and we were so thankful he came out when he did. He kindly offered to pick up this shift due to staffing challenges and has been working long hours. He was pleasant, hard working and his customer service was out of this world. We know everyone is spread so thin these days and he was top notch. Thanks, Fogel!
