I was having heater issues they came out on a service call, and it was even the same day I called,they could’ve easily scheduled me the next day but was happy they run night service. James explained alot to me since I didn’t know much about the system.

Brandon was precisely on time, they had said between 1 and 3... went through my unit and found all the issues within no time at all. Gave me all my options and was extremely understanding of my decisions, due to cost and the age of the unit - made sure I had all my options. I will use Brian's Heating and Cooling and would recommend them as well!

I called on the 19th and Rick came to do the service work on the 20th. He answered all my questions and explained how my system was working. He is a fantastic technician and I will be sure to use Brian's Heating and Cooling for any future issues.

Paul arrived at our residence promptly prior to the scheduled appointment. He was very professional, and answered our questions during the servicing of out HVAC system.
