Rudd Plumbing, Heating and Air

We used their plumping service on a Sunday due to a water leak that was spraying and our water was turned off. I was told that we were next in line for Jeremey and he was at our house within an hour. He was very professional, explained the issue very well, and cleaned after he was done. He even was patient with my toddler that asked several questions about tools etc. In the past we have used Rudd for our new AC and annual servicing. I highly recommend this company for plumping as well. They are always professional, timely, and efficient.

John Nagy is AMAZING!!! He came to my mother's house and was very informative and upfront via the phone with me as to what the issue was with her unit. He was prompt and efficient and nice. All that you can ask for with customer service and patience as well. He is coming back to finish the job and the turnaround time was impeccable. If you are able to get John to be your tech you are in great hands! Thanks again John!

Fantastic service. We were in a cold snap and of course the heat pump on the main floor went out. Rudd was the only company we could get a timely appointment with, and our technician Rick Simmons was great. Answered all of our questions, and was straight forward and helpful. Definitely recommend!

I had Rudd come out and do a regular hvac maintenance service. The technician showed up on time, was very professional and courteous. Rick was quick and communicated along the way. Did not try to add anything unnecessary to the bill which was greatly appreciated. I would use them again.

Always professional and polite. Online and keeps you informed. I like they let you know the techs name who is coming so you know it is them. They did my maintenance on my furnace and A/C as well as flushed my tankless water heater. May not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for.I used them too in a plumbing emergency I had. Same great service and professionalism.

From estimate through installation Rudd Home Services Plumbing Heating & Air was responsive, professional, efficient, and tidy. This was our 1st experience with Rudd and I have to say, we were very impressed! Jeremy was very professional and thorough. He took the time to explain exactly what the problem was and gave us options for repairs/replacement. He expertly installed 2 new toilets and replaced a broken flange (trust me, they don’t pay these guys enough to do what they do). Jeremy was very courteous and careful to leave everything clean before leaving - he even cleaned the bathroom floors. We will definitely call them again if the need arises and we’ll ask for Jeremy! I had the opportunity to work with Ola for an HVAC issue. I received prompt, friendly customer service. Ola was very honest, informative , and thorough. He even taught my 3 year old a cool fist bump greeting which she absolutely loved. Communication with this company was outstanding! They texted me a reminder the day prior, an approximate time of the technician's arrival and a notification that he was on his way to our house.
