Adam came out to our house promptly after our gas was shut off emergently due to a gas leak. He was able to identify the leak and repair the connection very quickly, so we could have our gas turned back on with the most minimal interruption. We are so grateful for his timeliness and professionalism. We highly recommend Rudd Plumbing and would most certainly use them again!

I utilized their annual tankless hot water heater flush. They were very professional, showed up on time, andy favorite part is they have a subscription for both my tankless hot water heater, and HVAC systems. They also manage automatically scheduling your preventative maintenance so you don't forget about it. The pricing is on par if not even slightly less then the competition. Adam and Jace did a great job and made it seamless for me. I highly recommend them to others!

Great team who are very professional. Installed 2 new HVAC systems that was a bit complicated due to small space for inside units on the 3rd floor. Had a couple issues that the team worked really hard to get right. I definitely recommend going with Rudd!

I had four estimates and Rudd supplied lowest estimate with the most services. Rob, Winston and the crew were easy to work with and completed all of the work in one day. The workmanship was excellent. In addition to installing all new duct work Rudd did a service maintenance check on my second unit. One week after the installation Rudd sent a Tech to check all of the work to insure everything was working and I was satisfied. Finally, because of an air filter not fitting correctly Rudd had three air filters delivered to me. A replacement and two extras. I also want to point out that during my research of Rudd I did not find a single complaint filled by any Rudd customers with the BBB. I would strongly recommend Rudd and suggest you give them an opportunity to provide you with an estimate on your job.

Josh came through to provide routine Maintenance and found an rare issue that would have cost me a lot of money in energy bills if he hadn’t caught it. He also worked tirelessly, well passed the scheduled time, until the issue was resolved. He has extremely high integrity and was a great technician. I highly recommend using him and the Rudd company if you get the chance.

Adam came to my house to fix a gas leak under the stove. He was pleasant to work with and very knowledge on performing a gas back pressure test to find the leak. His work was timely and professionally executed. I would definitely recommend Rudd and will seek their help again, should I need it.

I needed my outdoor hose spigots replaced, they were very old and leaking. They responded immediately and were out the next day. Shaun did a great job explaining everything to me. They were very professional.

Had a heating issue over last freezing weekend. Adam came over personally and walked through issue and directed his team to contact to set up apt to resolve issue. Was contacted by dispatch center within 20 min and had a tech out within 24hrs. Cullen came out and took apart hvac and replaced and was very helpful in walking through each step and resolved issues immediately. Excellent customer service from eveyone involved and entire team.
