Incredible customer service. My schedule is hard to work with at times and they made every accommodation necessary. Install was clean and quick and did a great job cleaning up after. Installer was very honest, clean, courteous and efficient.

Just had a fantastic customer experience with Rudd P&H. Scheduling a service call today was so easy, they came out a few hours later within the window promised, and the technician John was friendly, skillful, and totally professional. Lots of choices in this arena. Rudd is a great one!!

Hello I just want to leave this reviews because this company deserves its flowers! My hot water heater on my food trailer broken for the second time so the company that manufactured the trailer called Rudd to replace it. After carefully reviewing the old hot water heater and the instructions for the new hot water heater Rudd determined that hot water heater could not be properly install and work properly per the manufacturer of the hot water heater. It had to be installed at a certain angle and a certain amount of feet from the trailer to work properly. Rudd advise me that if they do install the hot water tank they can’t guaranteed it will work properly. I really appreciate them for that!!! I would still be going through the same problem had they just installed and took the money. They service technicians who came out was very professional, knowledgeable, patient and understanding and showed compassion when I told him about how many times I have had issues with the trailer and the company that manufactured the trailer. As well as the receptionist “Morgan” when I called very polite and compassionate. Thanks I would highly recommend this company. Honest good people!!!!

We had Rudd replace an 11 year old HVAC unit and all the duct work in our home. Dakota did a great job of communicating and keeping us up to date on progress. The whole job took two days and we have a much quieter unit outside and inside it no longer sounds like you’re in a wind tunnel when the air is on because the duct is now sized properly. Very happy with the results and will continue to use Rudd for all of our HVAC needs.

Adam F. answered my initial social media request. Then comforted my concerns with a phone call to discuss my situation. He was prompt. Fixed a plumbing issue for me in a reasonable amount of time and didn’t pass any BS off to me. I’ve “followed” him in his career endeavors for at least a decade. Superior employee & friendly always. The service was fantastic! They were able to squeeze me in during a very hectic week. Adam was very professional and knowledgeable about our situation and made some suggestions that ended up helping us out as well as fix the problem we had. Erica and Morgan were great as well! They helped us assess the situation, plan on the right person to come out, and make sure things went smoothly. Great teamwork all around.
