I have used the Lee Company multiple times! I am very pleased with this company. Everyone is very pleasant and professional. Great customer service. They go beyond to take care of their customer. Corey Lankford, who worked on several plumbing issues, is great! Very professional, knowledgeable and patient. I appreciate his willingness to explain what's going on or what needs to happen. He gets the job done. I am very pleased with all the experiences with this company.

I had big problem with my refrigerator. The defrost quit working, frost and ice built up and completely shut it down. I called Lee Company and spoke with Mia and they were able to send Charles, the technician, the next day. He was on time, very thorough, answered all my questions, he diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and returned the following morning and repaired. No issues! Thank you Mia and Charles for going above and beyond to help! I will use Lee Company for all my repairs! Highly recommend!

I scheduled an appt. For Friday from 8-10 for a toilet issue. At 10:15am on Friday, I called to inquire when the technician would arrive. I was told there was a “misunderstanding” that our appt. was for Monday 10-12. I am unsure what the misunderstanding was since a Monday appt. was never even discussed. Monday at 7:30am, I received a phone call that the technician was on his way. Two shems were placed at the front of the toilet where there is so much clearance between the tile floor and the bottom rim on the toilet that the shems can easily be slid in and out - what’s the point of the shems? There is an approx. 1/2 inch gap between the tile floor and bottom of toilet. When I inquired what was different to cause such a big gap, I was told, it’s exactly the same…?? It was a disappointing experience but at least this time I didn’t have to drive the technician’s belongings that he left behind down to their Franklin office.

Eric was excellent in servicing the toilet at our townhouse in Franklin. I called the evening before to schedule as soon as I received the call from our tenant. The dispatch person was extremely courteous I explained that it was a very important day for my tenant and needed the toilet serviced. Eric arrived as the first call with a 30 minute "on-my-way" call to my cell early on Saturday morning before 8am! He diagnosed that the flap seal had for some reason disengaged that was just installed and went to the nearby store to get another one and installed it 9am. It saved the tenant's important day and the family and I was thinking that I would need to "redo" my schedule if the service tech could not arrive before 1pm when they had to leave.
If there was any time that I wanted to be sure to write a review for a contractor this is the time. From the dispatch receiver to the end of the repair all I can say is "this is why I love Lee Company".

Cole was great. Electrical follow-up on a sloppy Home Depot dishwasher installation. He also added some great insight on a potentially easy fix to a GE Micro/Oven combo unit issue that might save us $$$ on a new unit. GE tech didn't even try to fix...just said we needed a completely new unit. Lee Appliance tech is out today to determine if the suggested fix is doable. At least there's hope. Been with Lee Co. for years!

We had noise issue with HVAC that is located on the roof of the Mall and they came out and check. They checked leak as well. They just checked and charged $678.00 not even fixed any noise issue while other company came and fixed that issue right away and cleaned our vent. The other company was very honest with the integrity. This Lee company just gave us the estimate and we decided not to change any then they charge this much. Too much for the diagnostic standard Rate and they charges technician standard Rate on top of it. Not reasonable for me.
