Lee Company

We have been using Lee Company for years. They are excellent. Our experience on 06/03/2021 was excellent again. This time they sent Jacob out to do the work and he was fantastic. We will always use the Lee company for all of our home needs. Thank you.

The technician didn't share what was the problem and what was done to fix the issue, My issue was just with thermostat not turning on for which just the thermostat wire replacement would have fixed the issue, but Tim opened up AC spend 2 hrs., on his phone and finally said he had to replace a part not sure if that was really needed. He didn't mention that there was an issue with the part up front, Cannot really on the service provided and if they really did replace the part or not. Just to collect additional money the technician said that part was replaced.

Would not suggest anyone to use this company who don't have knowledge about there HVAC units, They just come up with a reason to charge more money from you. They are not professional in there service and not trust worthy.

An entire circuit in my basement/garage lost power so I called the lee company as they are one of the first electrical companies to come up in a google search. Their technician came out a day early, which was nice, but he couldn’t find the actual cause of the issue. He was, however, able to create a plan to restore power by just wiring a new circuit and getting rid of the old one, so we made an appointment for the following week, great.

Appointment day comes and I make a point to stay home all day. My appointment window came and went and nobody ever showed up. Two hours later I get a voicemail saying they had an emergency and couldn’t make the appointment… two hours AFTER my appointment. At this point I’ve already paid Lee 180$ to not actually do anything so I call the number back and could not connect with any one.

It has been a week now and Lee has not reached out a single time to inquire about fixing my issues, clearly they do not care.

We had new a/c ductwork installed in June. One of the ducts dropped and would have allowed heat or air to flow into the crawl space. I was able to schedule a repair quickly. Kevin came out yesterday evening and completed the repair quickly and efficiently. He showed me pictures of his work and gave me confidence that we have an efficiently running HVAC system again. I appreciate the speed in which we were able.to get Kevin out here since 90 degree temperatures are right around the corner!

Hello, we were in a bind at about 4:30pm
on Sat. 5/15, cause Thermostat wasn’t working. Called Lee as part of our yearly
Maint. Plan. Had to call again @ 6:00pm
A technician finally called us @ 7:25pm.
Patrick was our Tech and we could not
have had a better one. He did a great
job & was thorough, professional and
explained what all he did very well. As part of his detailed work, Patrick had to
go up & down our attic stair-ladder several times, and displayed patience,
friendliness & explained why just fine.
He knew what he was doing. No cost, as
we already had our Trane installation
thermostat.

The 2 plumbers, Julio and Bryce, did a fantastic job!!! They are the best!

Overall the service was great. . .the dispatch people are friendly and so kind. . .our technician was amazing he explained everything to us before he did any work. I am extremely pleased and will continue to use Lee Company for sure.

My technician was very communicative and friendly as well as timely.

My home suffered from extreme low water pressure. I hired Lee company to replace the existing pipes to remedy the problem. Throughout the entire process the gentlemen that represented the company were on time, professional, and thorough. They made sure every water supply worked up to standard, even cleaning out the gunk from my old pipes inside some of the fixtures. Finally, they made sure the home was as clean as they found it. I genuinely appreciate their work and am glad to have hired them.
