Naturally on a Holiday weekend, specifically Christmas Eve, our shower head sprung a leak, water was pouring out, the faucet handle would not turn the water off. The only way to stop the steady stream was to turn off the main water line from the garage. I called Lee Company for assistance around 12:00 noon. The dispatcher diligently worked to try to find someone available to repair it the same day. He was successful. The repairman called me ( Brandon Smith) to let me know that he would be at our home around 2:30. He showed up on time. Brandon was extremely professional, efficient, and courteous. He quickly resolved the issue. Pricing was very reasonable for an emergency call on a Holiday weekend. From the beginning ,with the very sympathetic dispatcher, to the end, this company did an amazing job.

The day before Mike came out for the HVAC, Drake came out to check out all of our plumbing needs and he also, was very professional and did a great job. They scheduled quickly, identified the problem and when they realized it was under warranty - they made it right. A lot of respect for a company that stands by its word.

He explained to me the issue he saw and did not leave until everything was resolved. He was incredibly professional, easy to talk to, thoughtful, and kind.
