The Tech was on time, very professional, he kept me aware of what needed to be done, showed me the price before any services were provided. Showed me how to use the remote for the new ceiling fan and shared with me the other services they provide. This was an awesome experience with no high pressure tactics.

5 Star service! Both air conditioning units went out at the same time! I called and Vonda answered the phone. I explained my emergency, wife serious illness and without air conditioning. She made a wonderful experience for me by her willingness to help. Tony, their technical repair expert just left our home. Both units are running! He is outstanding and knowledgeable!!! I was told on the phone when I set the time and date for the technician to come out. The cost would not be over 500 dollars and low and behold the cost was over 500 dollars and if somthing went wrong it would be more. I had to pay a 76 dollar fee for the technician coming out.

Tyler was great and very professional. He explained everything thoroughly. I would ask for him again if I needed plumbing services.
Additionally, Hiller’s system is great! They provide text updates, you can see where your driver is and how far away they are from your location and an ETA. They’re platform allows them to take pictures and emails them to me alongside my invoice. It was all smooth and a pleasure to work with Hiller.
