Chris was scheduled from 10-12 on Memorial Day, he arrived in a timely manner. He was professional and courteous to my home. Kept me informed on what he was going to do for my issues. Told me the price and confirmed it would be that same price at the end of his service. He was knowledgeable about what service he was about to preform. I highly recommend this company! The technician was very courteous and very knowledgeable in the sense of having the ability to explain in detail about the problem and then the solution. On time and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with their service. The price was very reasonable and affordable especially in the current economic times ! We had a very kind sales person, however, we had terrible service. The technicians scraped our walls, left a giant knife in our children's playroom, and left our ducts apart after a cleaning. The open ducts caused a horrific humidity problem in our home, which led to mold growth. We are very unsatisfied with our service. We have requested a refund for the services, as per Hiller's slogan, "Happy you'll be or the service is free," and they sent us to their insurance company who denied the claim. It is infuriating that Hiller caused a problem that had ongoing repercussions for our family, and now they are unwilling to refund us for the service they did so poorly and incompletely.

Chris showed up very promptly for our appointment and was friendly and professional. He explained each thing he needed to do. The check up didn’t take long. He found a capacitor not functioning at full capacity. He explained the reason it should be replaced (sooner rather than later). The repair was discounted since I am part of the Happy Hiller maintenance program- and was therefore very affordable. He was in and out in half an hour. And I now have the rest of the afternoon to finish my errands. 😉
I am very happy with the service and will continue to use Hiller for future needs as they arise.
