Temp Control Heating & Air Conditioning

Just had DK2 Temp Control out to install some indoor air quality products for our home. Couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. The technician arrived on time, explained in detail the services he was performing, and got right to work. Very clean and professional installation as well. Once the install was complete he showed me that everything was working properly and the job was finished! Definitely will have DK2 Temp Control back out in the future!!

Hands down the best HVAC company in Middle TN. Needed a new system after mine became too expensive to keep repairing. Very competitive pricing, honest and transparent, and backs up their work. I’ve used many other companies but have finally found the one I am 100% confident with.

Everything about our experience with Temp Control was wonderful, Scheduling was easy, and Travis was helpful, informative, and honest during our appointment. When we ultimately decided we wanted to replace our HVAC system and duct work, they were timely and efficient. Our new system is great so far and I am glad we chose their maintenance package. Bought another Trane AC/Heat Pump unit from Temp Control. My last Trane unit worked flawlessly for 13-yrs with zero repairs. David, one of the owners, worked patiently thru the purchasing process with me as I had many questions. Received a great price beating out Lee Company that wanted $3K more and Greenway that offered less features for the same price. The communication thru the purchasing process was clear and no pressure..... sincerely wanted me to be happy with what I was buying. Installation was fast and they did a great job . Highly recommend giving them a call. As the Lee Company rep said, "we can't compete with Temp Control" and I can see why. 😁

The Temp Control team are all professionals who take care of you from end to end. Eloy does an excellent job sizing up all of your needs and giving you a fair price. Even when unexpected things arise like an underground gas line that needed replacing or a thermostat wire that had a short in it, they were fair and quick to resolve them. Had a chance to meet David and Doug (both hands on owners) who stand behind their work and products and the office manager Scarlet, ensures all of the proper paperwork is filed with the manufacturer for warranty as well as the eScore program when appropriate. Great work, great communications throughout, very professional. This was my second system install with them and I feel very comfortable in rating them 5 stars. They do a lot of excellent work in and around our Brentwood neighborhood and would highly recommend them.

We needed diagnosis of a leaking and poorly performing second-floor air conditioning unit, finally deciding to replace the unit. From our first contact with Temp Control staff, they impressed. Office staff, technicians, installers, and owner Eloy Saban clearly communicated with us every step of the way, arrived when they said they would, explained our options, and even worked with us on financing terms when we decided to have the HVAC unit replaced. The entire replacement process took one day, including removal of every scrap of the old equipment, and our home and was left clean and wonderfully cool. They even sent handwritten thank-you notes after the initial visit and after the installation. We've become members of Temp Control's Comfort Club annual maintenance program, and would call them again in a heartbeat.
