Temp Control Heating & Air Conditioning

Temp Control always do a superb job for us and Brian is a fantastic guy. The Temp Control techs are professional, clean, courteous, know what they are doing, and allow us to rest assured our HVAC system is always properly maintained. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Eloy and Temp Control LLC. He gave me the best deal and bang for the buck when ordering my new system a couple of years ago. He did the estimate himself and also warned me of things that I may need to do in the near future that weren't necessary at the time of install. I had 1 minor issue last winter and he had one of his crew out in about 20 minutes to fix the issue at no charge. I just had them install new damper motors and a new control panel (which is what he warned me about a couple years ago) and it was the same guy I've had out to do the install and fix the minor issue last year. I LOVE that it's a small company and that I can become somewhat familiar with the people that perform the work. I'll continue to use Eloy and his crew for years to come.

James was our technician. He let me know when he was on his way and was very polite and prompt with his work. I didn't even have to ask him to wear a mask. He already had it on when he came to the door. Everyone that I've interacted with at Temp Control has been wonderful. I can't recommend them enough

Temp Control has reasonable rates and outstanding service. Installations and maintenance have been excellent with friendly, professional, and efficient technicians. Communications with the office is always prompt and courteous. I highly reccomend this company.

We have used Temp Control since the company opened. I have found them to be professional, responsive and very good at the work they do. We have them regularly maintenance our 3 systems and one of them is close to 15 years old but still working great!

We love Temp Control. It’s not fun having to replace an ac unit, but they make it painless. Eloy is so very kind, honest and knowledgeable... he does as much as he can personally! His staff is kind and respectful and helpful in whatever way they can be. We’ve replaced two units and have had all our service done with them, and I can’t say enough good things about them!!! Trust me, you will not be disappointed!!

For my first experience with Temp Control,I want to take a minute to thank Brian for braving a wasps nest to check the outside AC unit. He was great.

A month later, Mike came out to check the unit again. It turns out we need a new one. I will be getting a quote from these guys. They were great!

We got our HVAC from Eloy at Temp Control 3 years ago, and have been on their maintenance plan for both our units ever since. The service calls, and repair calls, and maintenance have all been fantastic. Both Mike and Keenan really know their stuff. Highly recommended.

The following review was originally written several years ago. Since I wrote it, I have continued to use TempContol for annual maintenance, twice a year. They are under new ownership, but continue to provide excellent service by competent technicians. And their people are regulars - the same person has been to my house multiple times, so I can trust his competence. Following is my original review...
TempControl installed a new Trane heat pump at my house several years ago, and because I believe in regular maintenance, I signed up for the TempControl semi-annual system checkup. Although you can purchase similar maintenance contracts from other companies, possibly for less, my recommendation is to get the TempControl contract. They know their equipment, and the inspectors are very thorough.
Today, Brian and James inspected my system. They opened the cover on the blower unit and looked for any corrosion, rust, standing water, stuff like that. They tested the condensation collection system and ran the pump. I have a split system, and they took the fan off the top of the outside unit and hosed off the cooling coils. They also did an electrical check while the system cycled. Appeared to be very thorough, and my system passed inspection.
My previous system had been installed by TempControl, and at one point it required repair - something to do with the compressor and its components, I think. TempControl knows their systems, and because I had a maintenance contract, I got a break on the hardware and labor costs.
I have used TempControl for years and anticipate continuing our relationship. If you value cost-effective reliability, you should at least get a quote from them.
May 2021 update: Just had my spring tune-up by James, who has been here before. He's good, and he answers questions with explanations that I could understand. If you have TempControl do your service work, ask for him! Everything checked out fine.
