Brian was absolutely amazing!!! He took his time and really examined everything for the diagnostic. I’m so glad I found them and have signed up for their membership program. They are definitely the most affordable company around and it was very obvious that they do this work because they care about their clients and not just to make a quick buck. I will definitely be using them for all my ac and heating needs moving forward and have been recommending them to all my family and friends. I was so impressed with their service that I even called afterward to thank them.

Longer Review: Stephanie scheduled my appointment and she was great! My estimate appointment was from 8-10am and Eloy arrived at 8:00 on the dot (with a courtesy call on the way). He took a look at my 20 year old furnace and gave me suggestions for repairing or replacing it with a new unit. I wanted to replace it and he walked me through the options that best suited my condo with comparable models. It was easy. I asked when he could send someone out do the job (expecting a day or two) and he said his guys would could be out in an hour and the entire installation would be completed in 6 hours! So I purchased the recommended option and an hour later Nathan and Kyle were at my place preparing to install the new Furnace and HVAC components. It was a great experience! Nathan and Kyle walked me through after everything was installed. Showed me what I needed to pay attention to if there was ever an issue and gave me a step-by-step tour of the new thermostat. The entire team was helpful and professional. They did exactly what was requested, what they promised, and completed it quickly. I highly recommend Temp Control to anyone needing HVAC/Furnace replacement or repairs!

Temp Control has been our go-to HVAC service of choice for the past 4 years. We have purchased a new Trane unit from them as well as had their help with maintenance and repairs of other existing units. The pricing on the unit and service was competitive and the service is always excellent. Eloy the owner is a pleasure to work with every time. He is so knowledgeable about every aspect of the business and really takes the time to answer all my questions. Their technicians are clean and professional. We recommend Temp Control to all our friends and family.

Until yesterday, I had not used this business for HVAC needs. My unit was not operating properly and concerned it would something major. A Google search for recommendations led me to this company. Scarlett was so very nice when I called and advised a technician would be out soon. I received a call from Mike that he was on his way and an email with his photo. Mike was both friendly and professional. He determined the issue quickly and completed the repair at a reasonable price. I will most definitely be calling Temp Control again.

Everyone at Temp Control has always been professional, easy to work with, and done an amazing job taking care of my air units. I have used their services for over ten years, and am continuing my service after a new move and home. They are the best!

Update: After my initial review(which I have left below) the furnace stopped working. The technician came back and claimed that not only was the board bad (which is what they replaced the first time to the tune of $580) but also the ignitor was bad which they then charged me another $270 to replace. A few days later and the furnace again is not working. This time the technician comes back and after some testing claims it is a "grounding problem" which they can't fix so I have to replace the entire unit. I let them quote it but decided to continue working on it. In the end after the gas was replaced I started tapping on the pressure switches abd cleaning those connections and low and behold the furnace started working as has worked ever since so I believe the problem may have been the switch or switches the entire time. I would give them 1 star since they took nearly $900 of my money and didn't fix my furnace but I will say the technician was really nice and I honestly believe he wanted to fix the problem but ultimately failed to do so.

I have been dealing with Eloy and his company for several years. I have had 2 units installed in 2 different homes, repairs completed, and yearly maintenance. From the phone call to schedule an appointment to the final signing of the paperwork, I have been more than satisfied with the quality of work and professionalism. I will absolutely call them again for the next time I have a unit installed, for my yearly maintenance and for any repairs that might be needed. And, may I add, I have referred them to my parents who use their services as well and had had a new unit installed. They are also more than happy with Temp Control as well. Highly Recommend!

Love Temp Control: for a small monthly fee my systems get checked twice a year. Never unnecessary up-sells and great people. They were highly recommended to me from several folks in my church and I am glad to be customer.

This is the first time I used Temp Control and they were very responsive to fit me in the same day I called to work on my A/C unit. The technician Mark was very professional and efficient. I will use them again in the future.

Mark was absolutely incredible. He was quickly able to identify the issue and fix the thermostat issue with no problem. His technical knowledge was off the charts. I will be Temp Control & Mark for now on. Crushed it.
