We have used JAK for all our HVAC services since 2008 and they have been nothing short of AMAZING! In 2008 we were in dire need of a completely new system. JAK took care of the entire process with integrity, a commitment to workmanship, and a desire to ensure the customer is happy. In the 11 years since then we have continued to see this same level of service time and time again. This is why we have sent ALL of our friends to JAK and all have been happy with their experiences.

Last weekend I noticed my heater was running excessively. JAK sent someone out to address the issue right away on a Saturday. That's awesome! We love and appreciate JAK and I know you will too!

We had JAK Air-Conditioning Heating and Electric replace an air conditioning unit for us this week . They were wonderful!! First, they responded to us on Sunday afternoon when it was over 100° and our AC unit stopped working . We were given their names by friends that said they were the best and they were right! On Tuesday, David and crew put our unit in . They were prompt, courteous and such a pleasure to have in our home. Secondly, they do not work on commission. They are professional and honestly answer all of your questions. They are not a high-pressure sales company but a company that truly cares about their customers. We felt they listen to our questions and needs to provide us with the best service. It was a great experience and we will continue to be loyal customers!!

We called JAK Service this morning after we realized something was wrong with our heater. Kate was pleasant and scheduled a technician to come to our home the same day! They were on time and professional, and although I wish they had the filters we needed on hand, they explained the problem and told us what to do to allow the heat to flow freely through the house. We appreciated the quick turnaround in solving our heating issue, especially since the weather turned very chilly all of sudden this week! 🥶

I recently replaced my home AC system with JAK Services. Their technicians were courteous, neat and efficient. They replaced our entire two unit system in about seven hours and when they left it was like they were never there. Oh, except we now have a quiet, energy efficient AC system which we love. If you are looking for an honest company to replace or service your AC system at a fair price, you need to call JAK!

Very knowledgeable, Professional, and very nice. We received numerous quotes from many different companies. JAK Services were by far the most knowledgable, and easiest to deal with. The install was seamless. The new unit looks much cleaner and more professionally installed. Highly recommend.

JAK lets you know when you are scheduled & on the day of the appointment, they keep you informed as to how long before the technician arrives, allowing you to be productive while waiting for the appointment. Randy was thorough, knowledgeable, explained things fully, & was honest in his evaluation of our heating systems. This was my first interaction with JAK Services - they came highly recommended, & I now concur.

David and his crew replaced our old HVAC SYSTEM quickly and efficiently, started at 8 and finished before 2. Very professional. David did a great job of walking me through the new system, how to replace the filter, clear the drain and operate the new thermostat. He also took the time to explain the different features of the system and how they operate.

JAK services gets it. They know customer service and how to deliver it. They answered their phone on Saturday morning and did not act like I was bothering them. They were understanding and scheduled a tech visit between 1p and 3p the same afternoon. Guess who showed up right at 1p? Alan. He was experienced and professional. He knows his stuff, and he was great with our dogs too. I highly recommend JAK to anyone weary of dealing with the larger commercial AC companies doing shoddy work to milk the most $ out of you. JAK and Alan, thank you so much for promptly relieving my family's heat woes during the dog days of summer.

My dishwasher was leaking and I found JAK Services on Google. I gave them a call because of their excellent reviews. This company was very professional from beginning to end. My appointment was made with no problem, they sent me a picture of the person who was coming out to service the dishwasher, Kyle showed up on time, with a friendly handshake and completed the job with no problems. My dishwasher is running perfect and I am a very happy, satisfied customer. Highly recommend JAK Services! Thank You for taking care of us!

So happy with JAK Services! They were able to make a service call, grab the necessary part, and fix our air conditioner all in the same day! And, it didn’t take all day either—David was early and did a great job. Will definitely be using JAK for all my AC services.
