Awesome experience! Quick to respond, and in this heat that is super important!! David had the part we needed on the truck, which ended up being under warranty!! Eric came out on time and called ahead. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We had a previous company called “OC” install new A/C units 4 years ago and the company went out of business and left us with a poorly done job and we have had problems since. JAK services will be are go to company from now on because they are honest and reliable and won’t cut corners. Thank you Eric and Jax services for fixing my A/C in the middle of the summer.

They sent a technician out in less than an hour after I called. Eric knew my system forwards and backwards. He was friendly, informative and educational. I'm so glad I called Jak Services! They just gained a customer for life!

Eric Hilton was very quick in getting here in some pretty bad weather conditions. He was very friendly & professional. He fixed my heating issue quickly & made some recommendations, but didn’t try and force anything on me. I will definitely use him for my heating & AC needs in the future!!

Our neighbor across the street had JAK Services, LLC install two new American Standard A/C units. The house was 17 yrs old. My wife and I talked about changing our three out, but just talk. A couple months later, our master bedroom A/C died. I couldn't remember who put in the neighbor's units, but after searching the internet I found JAK Services and that triggered my memory. I read all 219 reviews to see if they were really five star or not. After several days of looking, getting quotes and no quotes from some I decided to call JAK Services. That same afternoon the owner of the company stopped by and spent over an our with us and explained the differences, install, warranty and why we should go with them. His quote was higher, but he convinced me that he would clean up the A/C mess in the attic, attach the unit to a frame and then sit the unit on the frame which made the whole unit straight. The extra money was more than worth it. The owner came out and with two others installed the unit and the attic is looking great. The owner did most of the work in the hot attic, never complained and said he wanted it done right. I was so impressed that the owner came out and presented his product and then did the install. That just doesn't happen this day in age. Because of that, we decided to replace the other two knowing that we were going to get the very best installation and the owner of the company was going to do it right. If there were 10 stars, David and his company deserve them all. No one wants to spend that type of money, but after 17 years it was just a matter of time before they all went out and if you have someone like Dave you want to take advantage of it. The installs were great, the A/C units are quiet and very nice looking and a very clean install inside and out. Just after a week, I can tell a difference in the temperature in the house. Great product, great install and very grateful to David for a job done to perfection. I recommend highly.

I left a message for them last night. They contacted me first thing this morning and set an appointment. The service tech (David) arrived early and got it fixed quickly. Great job and much appreciated.

Our A/C went out this morning, and I called several HVAC companies for help. The first company told me that my unit was shot and that I needed a replacement which would cost me $18,000. Thankfully, I reached out to JAK Services and David stopped by and was able to fix the problem in minutes, and it is working wonderfully now! Quick and easy fix with an honest technician. I would highly recommend!!!

I cannot adequately express my gratitude to David and JAK Services. I was out of town when my A/C failed. An A/C failure is never timed correctly, but this one was challenging because of family needs and travel requirements. My wife called several services before finding JAK Services. After talking to Piper on the phone and explaining everything, David personally came to our house the next morning before his scheduled time. He listened to my wife and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was supportive of our family needs and did not want to accept payment until he was done and we were happy. My family still got to do what needed to be done and David replaced the entire air handler, had it running and left before we were back home.

I can tell you that we will be lifetime customers of JAK Services. Their customer service is more like them treating you like one of their family.

First class customer service and excellent communication from beginning to end! Clear presentation of various options during the quote phase. Timely and professional installation. Immediate response to a minor issue several weeks after installation, which turned out to be a long-standing issue with our home’s plumbing - totally unrelated to their installation. Will definitely do business with these guys whenever our second unit kicks the bucket! Thanks guys!!
