Aire Serv of Longview

We have been using Aire Serv for years and absolutely love them. They are an honest company and have always fixed us right up. With the membership they are 24/7- in the night, holidays, whenever. Their technician, Derek Long, is always so kind to work with and explains the maintenance or issue so well. Thank you Aire Serv for always taking care of our heating & air!

I happen to be hvac certified on vechles. Had a tech sent out. Have a basic leak and ac working just fine. Charged me 150$ diagnostics fee when my companies is free thata fine sure, then wanted another 12k$ for a whole new hvac system. Man just wanted his commission. Highly unprofessional. I'm not the one to be taken advantage of like yall may have been done to so many others.

While I did not get service from them, one of there drivers was reckless and a jerk at best! So if I were to decide on a Service by how their techs drive and attitude, I certainly wouldn't use them.

Derek Long is a very professional and honest individual. A inspector told us we had a gas leak and another company looked at our furnace yesterday and told us we needed a new furnace for $4500. We called Derek on our own for a second opinion. He repaired our unit in less than 10 minutes. He had serviced our units in the past. I would highly recommend using him and AIR-Serv.

We have older home and it had been vacant a lot. Wanted to clean the unit and ducts. This was an amazing process. The people area very professional and considerate. Great bunch of workers. Even bought the maintenance plan before they were done. Just a company I will continue to use and trust.

Derek Long was so helpful and informative when he came out to check my AC until. I cannot recommend him enough.

This is the second time I have used Aire Serv. They came out on a holiday and did not charge extra for doing that. The technician Derek Long found the issue quickly and resolved it quickly. He was very informative and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone who has a air conditioner problem.

Nathan did a great job. He was very clear in his assessment of our system during the annual check and made good, honest recommendations on what to consider servicing in the near future for system performance and our for our own health. Good guy - good company - highly recommended and appreciated.

Derek was very good at presenting us with all our options and allowed us to make our choice without any pressure. He is very professional and knowledgeable. The other guys that helped with the installation were very professional and did very nice work.
I would not hesitate to recommend for any of your needs. I feel they truly have your satisfaction as a priority.
