Aire Serv of Longview

Recently had new heater/ac unit installed. Maintenance men & installers are all amazing-careful to keep floors clean, explain as they go, welcome any comments or questions I had. Office staff too is very pleasant. HIGHLY recommend.

We had Aire Serv technicians out on Monday to inspect and service our unit. Both technicians were professional and explained everything they checked, explained the health of our unit, and even gave me some tips on how to keep our unit running at peak performance. I would highly recommend Air Serv for all your A/C and heating needs.

Roger Willis came and fixed my ac and he was amazing!! Really appreciate him and his helpful information and great work. I'm definitely using this company again.

Great! On time,neatly dressed, took great care to not track up the house. Changed the contacts on outside and inside units. Then, ran the air to check the cooling capacity and the furnace to check for CO. Very friendly and explained what they were doing at each step along the way. Highly recommend to anyone needing their air and heat checked out.

I love the fact that Aire Serv followed up twice before the tech arrived. They even sent a picture of who would be coming out. He got there when we were told he would. Jonahtan went above and beyond to figure out what was wrong and fixed it. He could have just given up and told us we needed a new unit, but he didn't.We were very happy with the service and highly recommend Aire Serv to all who need air conditioning/heating work done!

I am really happy and will be calling airserve from now on after waking up with no cold air. They quickly got intouch with me and set up a tech to service my ac unit. David got here before the quoted time and he was very polite and explained everything. After he change the part. the unit was back in business. My puppies were super happy they got their cold air back thanks so much!!!!

Had AireServ come out to perform a routine checkup on our Heating and Air system. Jonathan arrived exactly when they said he would. He was a very courteous young man who took great pride in his work, shown by his actions and not his words. He performed a very thorough job and presented his findings to me with applicable suggestions. I appreciate Jonathan and Aire Serv for the work they are doing!

Aire Serv is reliable they guarantee the work they do. Their techs are competent & respectful. And the owners are very good people that care for their customers and employees, both. Definitely recommend!

Had the privilege of meeting 2 of their responsible employees. Richard and Alfred both were very knowledgeable of all going on and kept letting me know thru out the process of all they found. The price was more than fair to me especially for all that they had done.

Tech that came out is probably one of the nicest people I have ever met, very professional, and very good at his job. Highly recommend! Pricing was very fair and work was done much faster than expected.
