In the looking phase of getting some duct work done and just had Derek in to give me a quote. I'm quite sure we will be using this service due to the professionalism shown and information given. Will update again after service is completed.

Came home from work Thursday and AC was out. I called around and could not get anyone to come and help. I put in a request at 6AM Friday to Aire Serv and James(technician not me) was out and diagnosing my system at 9AM. He explained and repaired the problem (bad capacitor) and then proceeded to check the rest of the system for issues. James explained different things I could do to make our cooling solution more efficient and safe. I truly appreciated his professional and honest approach to the work and also taking the time to educate me on a subject I admittedly knew nothing about. I will continue using this company for any future needs. Thanks James from a satisfied customer.

Alfred and Derek came out and performed seasonal maintenance on my outside and inside units. They explained everything they were doing and went over any problems I had in great detail and how soon I should fix said problems. Overall a great experience and will use them for all my HVAC needs.

Very quick response time to get my issues addressed and repaired in a timely manner. When James came out to diagnose the issues he did a great job at explaining what was wrong and how they can fix it. Alfred came out and repaired my ductwork that had not been installed properly by a different company. He was professional and i loved seeing the before and after pictures of the work he completed. Richard and Alfred both were courteous when they did the duct cleaning and were not the kind of techs that are in a hurry to get done or the kind to ignore the customer. I will definitely be hiring them again for my hvac needs :) 👍

James was amazing! He not only was able to get to my house faster than scheduled, he was incredibly nice and explained everything he was doing and made no repairs or did anything without my approval. I would highly recommend Aire Serve to anyone who needs their AC serviced or repaired!

This was the first time we used Aire Serv. We found them via internet search engine. We called the number and they dispatched someone out promptly! Richard was polite, respectful, experienced and provided us with quality work. He had our AC back up and running promptly! For a first time experience, we will gladly give it five stars. These guys are awesome. During the winter freeze my heat pump failed. I called and explained the problem and a technician (James) called me right back and had me try a few things. Ultimately they didn’t resolve the problem. A short time later he called and told me he was on the way, through 8” of snow to work on it. He worked in the freezing attic for sometime and was able to diagnose a wiring problem that would not allow the heat strip to work. This far exceeded my expectations and I can’t thank James and the Aire-Serv team enough.

I highly recommend this company. Roger was totally professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. His team did an excellent job. They were professional yet friendly and took the time to answer my questions. They have good prices and offer you several options from fixing your unit to installing a new one. I appreciated Roger time and his attitude. He took the time after installing my new unit to clean up and talk.
