It was a great experience to have their services and they're very professional and easy to talk with. They make sure everything goes smoothly. And it didn't took long for them to fix our A/C cooling system. I defintely recommend them to my friends and family. And the price wasn't so bad.

I can't say enough about AirNow services. Dave and Mike came and took care of my AC problem they were both very informative about the process. They went above and beyond I will recommend your company to everyone I know. Dave came out to give my husband and I an estimate after we had already spoken to another contractor. I really liked the way he went over everything that was needed and explained how it would work, and true to his word that is exactly what happened, no hidden fees or surprises and they were here all day, left when everything was perfect :)

Charles and his team (add'l kudos to his son as well) zoned our a/c from one thermostat to three with 5 dampers. Couldn't get our bedroom cool enough at night with central one zoning. Super responsive, very trustworthy and pricing inline with others. We had Charles come back and install a Halo purifying system and seems to help, especially notice after cooking fragrant foods. In June we had Charles come back to install a Carrier, ductless, 2 ton unit in our garage. LOVE my cooled garage!!! Had a couple of issues with new pump on unit and Charles was ALWAYS quick to respond and take care of us right away. If you want someone who's knowledgeable, continued education in his field, honest and responsive.... I highly recommend Charles and his team with AirNow Services. And last, but certainly not least.... the glue to the team... Tracy. Thank you for your professional customer service attitude. It's very rare to have someone like you answer the phone vs. a machine and in such a courteous and helpful manner. Thanks for filing all our warranties and sending copies of invoices to the manufacturers and returned calls. I truly appreciate you.

p.s. I asked Charles to visit a elderly friend of mine because her a/c company would not respond to her issue. Even during this extremely busy heat wave, Charles was out to see her within a day AND fixed her problem! Thank you again Charles.

AirNow Services is awesome! They pride themselves with excellent customer service and promptness. The technicians are knowledgeable and take the time to answer all questions about their products and services.

AirNow also has a maintenance contract for minimal amount to offer to its customers. They respond to our calls within minutes.

Highly recommend this company to everyone!

AirNow Services is an amazing AC/heating company! They have installed two amazing carrier systems in my house which has dropped my electricity bill drastically. The employees are very knowledgeable and extremely professional. I would recommend air now services to anybody with any AC/heating needs

I can't even begin to tell you how grateful I am for Charles he is an upfront, and honest man and that is one thing that's rare these days. .
I wasn't actually here to meet the technician that did my work, however he did an awesome job because now I have cool air again. Next year when it comes to replacing our units this will be the company I call.

3/31/2017 Had to call out Charles again for another issue. I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciate Charlie and AirNow.
Still haven't had to replace my unit. I know I will have to soon. . When I do I will be calling AirNow

8/27/2018 Why is it when it comes to inspections Air now does not have any after 5 or Saturday appointments? I mean I do work Monday through Friday 9-5 and have a second job on top of that. Gosh guys you need to make an exception once in a while.

Excellent service. Both of the men who worked on my system were extremely professional.

Called at 4.30 pm on a Monday and a technician was here under 2 hours. They didn't have the exact part on the truck to fix the issue that night, but they were back Tuesday by 1 pm to resolve the issue, less than 24 hours from when I called.

The price seemed reasonable. Although I don't know anything about A/C repair, the price didn't exceed what I expected to pay when I placed the service call. I was quoted a price Monday, and that did not change on Tuesday, which was nice to see. They also waived the service call fee since after making the repair.

I will absolutely call them again should the need arise

AirNow provided superior high quality professional services which far exceeded their peers in the industry. First, Charles very professionally discussed assessed and designed two new systems for us while clearly explaining the price & options, the installation logistics and timing, as well as the quality control plan. Wow this was fantastic, and even better was when Austin and Robert arrived and implemented the installation just as Charles described. They went over and above to keep the house clean as they demoed the old equipment and deployed the new. They were always happy to explain what they were doing and were always quality and customer focused. Charles later followed up with a QC and fine tuning visit. FANTASTIC Job implemented with integrity so hard to find these days

Charlie and everyone at AirNow are honest, reliable, and extremely skilled. Charlie has gone out of his way to help us on several occasions when the AC wasn't working correctly. He provides simple explanations and provides options to how the repair can be accomplished. He has never tried to oversell repairs that aren't needed. I would recommend AirNow to anyone who wants integrity, honesty, and superior work done to their heating or air conditioning system.

I never thought anyone could top Charlie until today. Dave came out today (Tuesday after Labor Day) and fixed the AC in no time at all. Knew exactly what the issue was and got right to work on it. Cant thank Charlie and now Dave for their help.

This company is great. Eric is friendly, professional, and trustworthy. I know I can trust what he tells me! He replaced one of our two ACs, and when the other one recently stopped working, he was right there and replaced an inexpensive part to get it working. Great job and very honest.
