They came out to service the heater. Only to find out the heater and a/c needed to be replaced. Fortunately they were able to do the job within 2 day. Jaxon and Logan were so professional and kept us updated on everything they did. We went a day without heat. We will definitely be calling them to come out and do all the service work hat is needed. I am so happy and pleased..

Aaron assisted with information about the replacement of our water heater. James came out the next day to do the installation.

We would recommend OyBoy to anyone. They did a great job with replacing our HVAC system. They not only replaced it, but moved it for us and helped helped us deal with a dangerous situation and a complicated job.

They completed the entire job in a day and a half. Aaron helped us understand the issues going on and our options and got us an incredible price. Jaxon and Logan performed the install and both did a great job. Jaxon was efficient, professional, and helpful. Matt, Jaxon, and James were all stellar, fully competent, and professional as they recommended, quoted, and then installed a mini-split system to heat and cool an addition on our house. They offered transparency at every step, very reasonable costs, fully informed recommendations, and were very willing to work with us through a change order to pivot our initial electrical install requirements into an upgraded 200 amp service with their partners at Captain Electric (the latter is yet to be completed, but outside of OyBoy's purview).
I would highly recommend OyBoy and specifically Matt, Jaxon, and James.

We just had Oy Boy come in and install a brand new ac and furnace, move vents and move both the ac and furnace to the attic. Gavin was the gentleman who came out and gave us the original quote did an amazing job with explaining all the work that will go into the job and answered all of our questions. Jackson, Logan and their crew came in and installed both units in a matter of days. They were very professional and did an amazing job. They walked us through all that was put in and how to work the new thermostat. We could not have been happier with the brand new units and with the amazing job that Oy Boy did.

These guys are all around awesome. Whole process took less than 5 days from call to install and may have been the most efficient process I have ever seen. I called for a quote on a 3 zone ductless mini split system on Monday afternoon and got an appointment scheduled for the following day. On Tuesday Aaron came out, assessed everything and offered me a quote that was several thousands less than any other estimate I received. The next day, after thinking everything through, then grilling Aaron on every question I could imagine, I decided to pull the trigger and lock in my price before it could go up any higher. I figured it would take several months to get an install date but Aaron got me an appointment for the following morning. 8am Thursday morning, Jackson and James show up and walk me through the install process. By 1pm that same day, Jackson informed me they were done with the install (3 zone mini split) and showed me how to use the equipment. I am no expert but their work appears to be flawless and I am blown away by how quickly everything was done. Everything seems to work great and they are super quick to answer any questions. I would 100% recommend OyBoy for anyone interested in a ductless mini split system.

The whole team was extremely nice fast friendly & efficient. Aaron Hubbard was a really nice guy, even tho his work shift was over he still made the time to stop by our house to come take a look at our AC that went out on us (not their product) our AC & furnace was very outdated & the original with the house let’s say.. no one was pushing us into anything they all took their time to talk to us answer questions & get us approved for refinancing. I highly recommend OYBOY heating and cooling. The service we got from the whole team was just amazing & because people like them is what makes us happy & keep going back to them.
