Experience was excellent from the initial evaluation and recommendation stage with Aaron Hubbard to the very competent installation by Jaxon and James. They installed a ductless split along with a new furnace and air conditioner. Jackson was able to fix a 25 year old duct problem in our attic in a matter of minutes and placed a new vent in a chronically underserviced room that other HVAC personnel did not think was even possible. They were very knowledgeable, polite, and clean. Jaxon even spent a considerable amount of time helping me program my system app. I highly recommend their services.

I got an appointment booked on the day I called and had a quote in hand by the end of the day. That same week I had a new A/C unit and Furnace installed. Had them come out to service my a/c. Was told that coil and other items failed. While they were here, i also had a different company out to look at water softener. Had to replace HVAC system that had failed. So made decision to replace hvac, water heater and water softener all at the same time. OyBoy told me that they could do all of it and bundle it together and would not have to coordinate with different companies to get work complete. Showed up on time, and instead of one man doing everything over multiple days, I had a crew who worked efficiently and they were complete within 6.5 hours. This is not the first time I have had any of these systems installed in homes that I have owned, but the first time it went smoothly. Had just hvac system in previous house. 1 man crew, took a week and had a mess everywhere and had to live in mess while he was working. Boxes and packing everywhere. Need hvac, call them. Aaron, James, and Jaxson were amazing to work with.

We had no idea who to call when our furnace stopped working. A family member recommended OyBoy and we are glad they did. They had great prices and worked with us to find what would fit in our budget. They also worked out their schedule to get our replacement installed as soon as possible so our family had heat.

On the day of the install, Jason and Jaxon were so great to work with. They were professional and knowledgeable. Overall, we have had a great experience with OyBoy.

Jackson and the second technician (Mike? I've already forgotten his name sadly) were a quick and efficient team. We expected the installation to take a full day. It's nice it took less. Explanation of our new furnaces running was just enough.
