Absolutely amazing experience with this company. Jaxon and James did an amazing job, and were done way sooner than expected. Added AC to our house and thermostat. Superb job. Definitely recommend!

We are very pleased with the heating and cooling system OyBoy installed in our home. Jason and Skyler are very knowledgeable, they put together a great system based on our needs and concerns. They went above and beyond with their service and professionalism. They explained in detail everything they were doing throughout the process and made sure we were happy with the results. We now have a comfortable, warm home and are looking forward to trying out our new cooling system in the summer. We're so happy we chose OyBoy over the other companies we got quotes from. They were really nice came over earlier than they had to work really hard got the job done and got me AC during the worst heatwave Utah has In a while. They were also very thorough showing me how it worked how to turn on off and how to take care of it really well.

OyBoy technician Jose came out to look at a mini-split AC unit for our bonus room that was no longer cooling. He did a great job diagnosing and testing the system and then fixing the problem. He also did a great job of communicating what he was finding and explaining options. He was very friendly and courteous.

I would definitely use them again.

Initial install went good until techs left. That's when we heard a concerning noise in furnace. Called Brett the fallowing day. Brett claimed he would come back and inspect it. After waiting three weeks has to call to get someone to look at it. That tech has to call someone to figure out what it was. Finally a week later we got a good tech that was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem in reasonable time. The five star rating is for this tech. The companies performance I would only give a two or three.

Great business , honest quotes and great service techs. After getting a quote that was outrageous from another company and being told i needed to replace my a/c unit. They came in and and the only thing that my a/c unit was a cleaning, Thanks to these guys i don't have a new unit and I'm sitting happily in my home with a fixed unit.

My technician was Jacob Kuamoo. He was the consummate professional. He arrived on time and was wearing a mask. He explained what he was doing and how long he would be. After his examination of my furnace he told my what he found and the one problem he had identified. He checked on price and found he had a replacement on his truck. He gave me the entire cost of the appointment and after my approval he replaced the part and thanked me for my business. I have had a lot of repair services in my home but this one was truly a pleasurable experience. I will be contacting this company for future services and also recommending them to my family and friends. Jacob is truly an asset to your firm.

Stumbled upon them at Lowe's and I'm glad I did. Jose was on time, very professional and incredibly nice. He was completely honest with me and quickly and efficiently performed our tune up. Awesome experience and we've already scheduled them to come back in spring for our AC tune up.

This was the first time I’ve used this company and I would recommend them based on the level of service I just experienced. Jake was very professional, knowledgeable and took time to place the proper shoe coverings before entering my home. He explained in detail the issues he uncovered during his evaluation and his recommendations that would remedy those issues. The price was very reasonable given the level of service. Ive used other companies in the past that have deliberately tried to overcharge for similar services. I would recommend OyBoy and request Jake Kuamo’O.
