I've been having problems with the drain system. It handles water from the AC and humidifier fine except when there are big storms, the water went right up the drain flooding the room. The plumbing company used a snake and couldn't find debris that can explain the clogging. I paid $475 for 2 hours of work with a warning that if this happens again, we will have to excavate the cement floor. Six months later which is now, the drain systerm flooded the mechanical room. The problem is back!

I consulted Dustin thinking that he would send me to a plumber. I told Dustin I need a solution and someone who can think outside of the box. To my surprise, he offered a solution and did the installation: convert to a condensate pump system piping water into the interior

Someone who is extremely good at their jobs can always give you some good ideas for tough problems. I don't have to worry about excavating the cement floor and still can't figurs out the root cause and have to pay someone else to replace the cement floor.

brand new HVAC install last summer, A/C unit didn't even make it through winter before breaking.

Had Brendan visit our home today. We just moved into a single family home split foyer with one system. He proceeded to remove all the vent covers on supply and return ductwork. He induced an agitator which he subsequently vacuumed using a portable vacuum system. He was very conscientious and thorough in the work. He spent close to 5 hours to complete all the ducts which is a testament to his hard work. Applaud him for powering through and doing a thorough job. Highly recommend to all people seeing duct work cleaning at a great price.

TemperaturePRO did an awesome job converting my broken AC, Gas furnace, and Gas water-heater to an all electric system with panel update, Bosch heat pump and an electrical tankless water-heater. Now with my electric car and the new system we are off gas and oil and ready for a sustainable future.

Brian and Brendan (owner and tech) were both very professional, courteous and responsive. Brendan went above and beyond to rectify dryer exhaust hose not attached to outside vent. They may have a few more bells and whistles than they need for dryer vent cleaning, which may justify their price point at the high end of competitors providing this service. We used them over lower-priced competitors just because of scheduling convenience - and also they were listed in HomeAdvisor/Angi.

I was extremely pleased with Temperature Pro's service. Robert was on time, courteous, and did a fantastic job. After many years of having other companies service our equipment at 2 houses I was surprised at how thorough Robert was in checking the systems out. For the first time I had someone also do a complete cleaning of the system to include vacuuming the units of all dust. His level of knowledge was great, and he was willing to explain parts of my system and how they worked, so that I could better maintain the system and help to address future problems before they became more costly to repair. When he offered some potential system capability upgrades he was not pushy, provided me with materials to read on my own, and would happily follow up on any questions I had. Fantastic service and I am looking forward to a long term relationship with Temperature Pro of Northern VA.
