I asked TemperaturePro to repair a broken fan coil unit in my recently purchased condo. It is a unique system connected to my building’s boiler and chiller and it was difficult to find the right HVAC technicians with the expertise needed to properly diagnose and fix the unit. My friend mentioned TemperaturePro had experience with condos and apartment systems, with so I decided to give them a try. After a quick call to the office, I was given an appointment with Dustin. Dustin listened to my description of the problem and then set to work. He tested the entire system and found a bad actuator and thermostat. The parts were not stocked locally, so he ordered the parts and installed them just a few days later. He even did a preventative maintenance inspection on my second unit to be sure it was functioning properly.
I am very happy with the service I received and I decided to have TemperaturePro to maintain my systems going forward. I highly recommend them!

Professional, reasonable, and kind! I can’t recommend these guys enough. Please call these guys back before you spend time calling the other ‘bigger’ name companies around lake ridge. The bigger companies charged me 100$ for a quote and then quoted me a large amount for the hvac replacement. Temperature pro came out and have a free professional estimate that was very reasonable. They replaced our whole system and it works wonderfully. Please do your business with this company, they are worth it!!
