The owner of this new small business is doing such a great job. Seven Cities Air has come to our house three times for a old AC unit that is under our Home Warranty And is on its last legs. Each time the tech have been polite and efficient. They went above and beyond today. Although they did not have any openings for several days, when the scheduler, Kelly found out the unit had stopped working all together and the temps were climbing to 90 Degrees today, she called the owner. He took time out of his packed schedule and drive all the way up the peninsula to get the unit started again with a new part. We are so appreciative. Even if we did not have the home warranty, I would Exclusively use 7 Cities Air.

Was on time. Called 20-30 minutes before arrival as requested. Informed me that previous repair estimate from another company was wrong and they were just trying to sell me unnecessary items.

Eric stepped me though the problem and the resolution as he was servicing my AC unit. He was responsive to questions and showed excellent knowledge in dealing with the issue. We used this company to service an issue with our heater that was blowing cold air instead of hot. After calling a different company the day before that sent someone to look at it and told us nothing was wrong. The next day 7 Cities came out and sent Eric. Eric, was on time, patient, listened to everything I was telling him was wrong. He took the time to figure out the issue. My heater is working great. Courteous and professional about the whole situation.
