They were prompt, diagnosed my issue and resolved it. I felt very comfortable with the technicians and their work performance, They told me exactly what was wrong and did not try to oversell me on any additional and/or unnecessary repairs. I strongly recommend this company for all of your heating and cooling needs.

These high rating reviews are either fake or paid for. This company is comprised of the most unprofessional and unethical employees that I have ever had to hire. The 1st guy that showed up to home charged me for services even though I am using my home warranty company to have them do the job. The 2nd guy that showed up became aggressive when I told him that he need to WEAR A MASK in my home because there 2 people(children) with compromised immune systems. He dumped pounds of refrigerant (freon) in and outside my home. He was very disrespectful and kept walking in and out of my house without communicating with me. At the end of work order he can be seen on my multiple surveillance cameras driving off without explaining what was done or providing me a work completion receipt. He just packed up and left my front door unlocked without saying a word. Oh and he left his used masked in my attic. When I called the company to file a compliant, I was told the owner did not want his name released and he would call me back to follow up on my complaint. That NEVER happen. So do yourself a favor and research this company.FIND SOMEONE FIT FOR THE JOB. Its not these guys.

These guys are great, very friendly and professional. Venson the technician was awesome and did a thorough job. He explained everything he was doing, very knowledgeable. Great prices. Glad I used them. Thanks again

I’ve used seven cities air two times over the last two months. My homeowners insurance works with this company. Kelly, who takes the phone calls is extremely professional and helpful. Eric came to the house and replaced my thermostat. He takes pride in the quality of his company’s work.

Installed part which appears to be working. Not yet able to determine if it is cooling due to issue not related to anything 7 Cities did. Professional & personable.

EDIT: on the 3rd visit, the techs arrived within the window, the issues with my unit were explained thoroughly (the leak that was repaired caused a pressure point causing a leak in another spot through no fault of the tech), and my concerns were addressed fully. This will likely be the last review I leave while hot and grumpy, haha - thanks very much.

I am tremendously disappointed by my experience with 7 Cities Air. They were the AC contractors assigned to me via my home warranty, American Home Shield. Everything started off fine when scheduling the service for the AC system in my recently purchased home that wouldn't cool no matter how long the air was on. It takes them about 2 days to come out to your home after scheduling, which is a long time to go without AC. The first visit, I was quoted a service window between 1 & 5 pm, the tech showed up around 6, knocked the door (we weren't home), and left with no notes, no nothing. I had to contact AHS to have them come out again. On the 2nd visit, 5 days later, the tech came by during the 4 hour window, noticed that the system had no coolant, and charged us for about 6lbs of freon, which cost us $500 with the $10/lb discount from AHS. The air worked fine for about a week, until the original issue of air blowing warm happened again. I guess they just charged us for freon without addressing the cause for the freon leak to begin with... so we are now waiting for them to visit a 3rd time to address this.

I wouldn't recommend.

Our technician Antione was prompt, respectful, and knowledgeable. He wore his mask the entire time he was in the house. 7CA was very polite and contacted us quickly after receiving our claim from 2-10. We will request 7CA when we have another HVAC claim.

This company was contracted by our home warranty in Spring 2019 to diagnose and repair our heat pump, whose ac system was not properly working. The company sent somebody who was merely manipulating the setting of our thermostat, rather than finding a permanent solution to the problem. The ac was working until it quit after a few weeks. We called the company several times, but it did not answer our calls. We contacted our home warranty and went through a lot of headaches, as the home warranty insisted on contacting the contractor every time we called the home warranty. The problem was aggravated by the contractor’s unresponsive. The issue was only fixed 3 months later after the home warranty hired another contractor, which resulted from the complaint we filed against the warranty.

7 Cities Air is a great company. I use them for all of my properties. They are extremely knowledgeable and very professional. This is a one stop shop for all things heat and a/c.

The two technicians were very professional and polite. They explained everything for the air handler replacement. They even added extra insulation to the air duct to prevent condensation from forming.
