I did not speak with James, but I believe his work was performed at a different site. If any replacement parts were needed, I was not informed.
Jason K. has always conducted himself in a professional manner and explained everything about the repair/service in detail and in a manner that's easy to understand. He is extremely though in everything that he does. Additionally, it should be noted that whenever we call with an issue Kelly is there to make things happen in a positive way. Mike and Jazmine were both friendly and professional and had our new wifi-equipped thermostats in our 2-zone house installed and set up on our iPhone apps (Thanks to Jazmine's tech savvy) in no time at all. We'll be using ANI for all of our home maintenance and service calls and we highly recommend you give them a try before relying on any of the morning news TV commercials; you will not regret it!
I was babysitting this morning when Mike Polston arrived to service the furnace located in my adult children's home. He was very professional and courteous. After inspecting the furnace, he informed me of various items that needed attention. One of the items was to replace a filter that had not been replaced for sometime. I asked him to remove the filter for me. Without hesitation, he got his ladder from the truck outside and took down the filter for me so I could have it when I went shopping. He went above and beyond his job description. Your company is very fortunate to have such a valuable employee.
To begin with, I was happy with Art Newsome Inc.'s installation of my AC and Heat units when they installed them in 2014. Their pricing was reasonable and both the project manager and the installers were professional and easy to work with. The HVAC system works great with no issues for 4 years!. Now I am selling my house and had one of "those" inspectors who cited several things on the HVAC system. I gave Jim McManus a call and he sent his guys out to my house to take a look at what the inspector had cited. Come to find out the inspector was wrong . He said that the breaker was over-sized at 40 amps, but failed to take a look at the 30 amp fuses in the disconnect. The team at Art Newsome Inc. l really stand behind their work! I highly recommend them.
I had Art Newsome Inc do my annual gas heater inspection in October 2015. The technician they sent was prompt, on time and did a thorough inspection/service of the heater. What was interesting, the technician noticed the return filter I was using and asked if I used the same type throughout the year. After discussing if anyone in the house had allergies, he informed me I didn't need tight filtering "hepa filters" that the standard blue filters would be fine AND I could save money on filters. I told him we had a bad dust problem in the house and that was why I used them. To my surprise he explained to me when the filter starts to plug up it causes the system to over work and will draw air from anywhere there is a crack or small leak in the return. I took his advice, and so glad I did. Dust is down well over 50% and the system runs more efficiently. I haven't been able to see a decrease in gas bill, but because of the unusual weather that could take a little more time. A knowledgable technician is always a plus no matter what services you are having performed, I HIGHLY recommend Art Newsome Inc...
After 2 other HVAC companies declared that my blower motor failed, and due to tight squeeze in attic that the entire system needed replacement (~$6400), the ANI guy found that the motor had not failed, just a capacitor (~$150) that helps the motor start. He had the part in the truck, and in minutes we had cold air again!! Thanks, Justin and Jason, you just moved your company to the top of my list.
My experience with Jason and ANI was outstanding. Jason was on time if not early. He is a pro and knows his profession. I used to be a Heating and A/C tech so he tolerated me getting an update on all thats new since I was, all the while accomplishing the task at hand. I have nothing but confidence in him, his work here today and ANI. Thank you.
Wow - so impressed with the service from Art Newsome. We had to flex on getting a new NEST thermostat installed and each time Kelly worked with us to accommodate our schedules. She's is a TERRIFIC ambassador for the company, friendly, patient and very informed on assessing the situation and getting the right response. Really scored when Brandon showed up as our technician. BIG TIME DIYer here and originally thought I'd just swap out the thermostat my self -- but turns out our Trane HVAC had a "communicating thermostat" which meant the wiring went well beyond my skill set. Brandon (patient -- I ask a lot of questions), was all over our system, told me things I didn't realize about the existing set up and got everything in and running. The place left spotless. Gave me "just enough" instruction to set the NEST in action. Would recommend to everyone.
