Initially, I had a tech who was not very clear with communication and did not make me feel confident about spending money. When I talked to their office, they were very responsive and sent me a different tech who seemed very knowledgeable, more thorough, and made me feel totally at ease.

Outstanding service with Art Newsome, Inc...I was having issues and Cindy F and Kelly C managed to squeeze me in to an already overburdened schedule during the scorching heat. They sent Mike who was very professional and knowledgeable. Overall I would recommend this company over and over!!

Artnewsome was great when installing my new unit. When I had them re do my duct work under my house they sent a commercial crew instead of a residential crew. While they do the same things, commercial crews aren't accustomed to being under houses. With that said, they all started yelling when they saw a snake and one tried to pick it up after my husband told them hed get it out. It bit him on the thumb. They pretty much refused to go back under the house until we got a pest control company to make sure there were no more snakes. I found this ridiculous because getting someone to inspect for and remove snakes is outrageously expensive, and once the pest control company leaves theres no guarantee that another snake wont come under the house. While I understand the rules of workers comp etc and definitely put peoples safety above everything else, I also felt that hvac crews, especially residential run into these reptiles all the time. Especially on the peninsula. I emailed the owner, and he told me that his crew did NOT pick up the snake - it seems that he needs to hire some people with more integrity because a snake is not going to bite anyone on the THUMB if you're not trying to pick it up. And like my husband would lie about something like that. The coordinator also told my husband the snake was poisonous and the worker was sent to the ER. We got the snake identified and it was an Eastern rat snake. Not poisonous at all. We had to hire another company and be without A/C for almost a week- which wouldn't have been bad if our youngest wasnt prone to seizures in high temperatures. They basically ripped everything out, ran out and wouldn't come back. Totally worth it though, the company I hired ended up being 1k less and also laughed when I told them my story. The snake trapper I called asked if the company who left was ArtNewsome, so that told me this has happened before. Will not use again, crew was very unprofessional- except for the guy who came to pick up the rest of their stuff.

Hard to schedule and difficult to get the right type of repair person out of Art Newsome. I simply cannot wait 1-2 months to get something corrected in my HVAC.

Good Company to deal with AC & Heating needs. Honest, quick service. Brandon Saunders fixed my last AC problem. Great and friendly guy. I recommend them for your AC & Heating needs.

Jazmine Kimble, Art Newsome, Inc's PTU Specialist, did an excellent job on our seasonal checkup / inspection for our year-old gas furnace. She was thorough, efficient and knowledgable. She answered our many questions, and provided detailed explanations on maintenance. She was a pleasure to interact with, and we plan to request her for upcoming HVAC checkups.

They are ok at best. The guy that checked my system seemed to be in "retirement" mode. Yawning and really didn't want to be around. They also kept pushing a service contract to come out every six months. After doing some research online, you dont need it.

Some of the older people in my neighborhood swear by this company, but these are the same people that still think pizza hut is a gourmet restaurant.

My tech was Mike P, and he was helpful and right on time. His communication was great, their price was reasonable, and my family is back in comfort. Highly recommend.
