Dave - our Tommy Garner AC/Heating Technician - was polite, professional, and prepared to fix our heating system problem on the spot! He explained what he recommended doing and why. Tommy Garner AC/Heating had a technician available to respond on the day of my call. No waiting around. I recommend and will use Dave at Tommy Garner AC/Heating for any future AC or Heating issues!

We could not be happier with Tommy Garner and all the services he has provided with our heating and air conditioning. From the purchase of the system to maintenance, everything has been perfect. This week we had new ductwork installed by this company. Dustin ( the lead) and his crew (Andrew and Steven) were outstanding. They were accommodating, polite, respectful and meticulous in all they did. Their honesty and professionalism can't be beat. If I could I would give them a ten star rating.

We phoned Tommy Garner at the recommendation of a close family friend. We have had issues with the system since it was installed by another company. The system is at my parents house and I chose to be there to try to help understand what was going on. Having no experience with or idea about what was wrong, we could very easily have been told anything and would have no choice but to believe it. Tyler explained the basics of the system, how it worked, and what he thought was most likely wrong with the system. Very upfront and honest. Tommy Garner Air Conditioning wasted no time getting me on the schedule and quickly diagnosing my problem. The technician, Jamie, was on time, professional, and friendly. He took the time to explain the issue and help offer preventative tips for the future. I can’t recommend this company enough - they are run by good people and hire good people.

Dave was great! He has a pleasing personality and did a thorough job and explained everything. He explained his temporary solution and made me aware that I probably will need to replace the heat pump in about a year or two. My home is cool again. I would recommend this company to my friends

Supporting a local business of Tommy Garner AC and Heating is the way to go. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Especially the mechanics (Austin and Nolan) on the day of install and the technician (Dave) who came to troubleshoot the original issue. They provide quality service and equipment (they installed our last unit in 2003). They all take pride in their work and pay attention to details. We are enjoying our new unit and having heat again. When I was out of town across the country got a call from home that the air-conditioning was not working.

I called this company they answered the phone was extremely polite sympathetic and understanding of my situation. I was surprised when I learned that despite the rising heat outside they had not inflated their prices for the initial and diagnostic fee. I had called several other companies who were charging almost twice is more just to come out and check.

They gave me a time and to my surprise I received a call from Colton who actually arrived exactly when they said he would. As soon as he arrived he got straight to work. I asked several questions regarding the condition of my unit and he knew the answers and fired them back right away. Within five minutes he had completely discovered the issue, and with my unit being much older than most he took the time and special care that it needed in order to get it back up and running.

Colton was very detailed throughout this process. Also took the time to explain to me how to maintain and keep the unit running at optimum performance for the future. I was very grateful. I would recommend Tommy Garner Air Conditioning to EVERYONE!!! THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH!!!

The only problem I have is that this review won’t allow me to give this company more than 5 stars! They deserve 100 stars! They are professional, knowledgeable, dependable, and amazing! I’ve been a homeowner for less than two years now and the knowledge that the technician gave was nothing short of awesome! I appreciate them more than they will ever know! It's 95 degrees out and our AC would not stay on. We were hot and needed help at 6pm on a weekend. They had someone out here in 20 minutes and within the hour diagnosed and fixed the issue and we had our air back. Thank you for the quick lesson in AC control systems and for return us to the cool air!!
