David was our technician this evening. He was on time and professional throughout the visit. I have had 4 other contractors come in to try to find out why the system wasn’t blowing the air like it should. All 4 did the same: just take the cover off the furnace, look around, and tell me they couldn’t find a problem. Now David went above and beyond and finally found the issue. We even chopped it up about life in general while he worked. No pun intended: David was cool as a fan. My family is appreciative of Tommy Garner for their swift and precise handling of our issue. To be honest, when Tommy Garner was first assigned to us, we were over the moon happy! Usually they sent out the cheapest company they can find. However, last year around this time, they came out and diagnosed our ac and found that it needed to be replaced. The warranty company authorizes it after a few weeks of back and fourth, and It was decided that a Carrier Infinity unit (complex but good unit) was to be placed in the house. Great!! After it’s installed, it continues to be 77-79 degrees upstairs with the unit running constantly all day. I keep calling and calling, and they do send people out, but everyone is confused and cannot find anything wrong, but they do see that the new unit it running and at the time 79 degrees. We decided that we needed someone else to come out...another company comes out and determines that they put a smart communicating system in that attach to a communicating furnace (you must have both to work). So it’s basically just running at a low sped now and unable to cool the house. We contact the warranty company again, and say that is the case, but don’t want to use Tommy Garner again since they didn’t realize this the whole time after sending multiple people out. The furnace was now replaced by another company to match and it works better. Now, a year later it is still not working up to par, and they didn’t install AC correct, so we are having to come out of pocket again 3,000$ for a re-install when they should be coming back out. All of the times they had to come out, I never heard from anyone other than the front desk peoson who handles the warranty jobs. When I call the warranty company again, I find out they are no longer associated with American home shield.

I have used Tommy Garner twice in three months to replace aging appliances at my house. Zach was very professional and accommodating both times and went out of his way to make sure my service was done in a timely manner and even went out of his way to fit me into their schedule!
Today, Dustin was my technician and was a true professional when replacing my HVAC unit. I highly recommend using this business to anyone- they are extremely reasonable and very professional.

Dustin, Andrew, and Steven came first thing this morning as scheduled. They replaced our heating and air and installed a new return vent and grill. Colton Ketchum! Our savior Our Angel!!! We have to deal with HVAC issues and the company that services our HVAC diagnosed that the pressure switch was faulty, and they need to order a new one. My house reaches to lowes temperature ever of 52 degrees Fahrenheit. When Mr. Colton arrived at my house check the pressure switch and run a complete test on the system and told me that my PS was fine, which was a big release for me. The other company was charging me $540 just for replacing a Pressure switch that was not faulty, The only issue was the dirty flame sensor. Routine maintenance from Colton and Tommy Gardner AC&H. He performed everything just perfect and arrived faster than any other company in the area. Thank you, Mr. Colton Ketchum...my house is now like super warm and comfortable again...

Got a new HVAC and I Love it ! They are timely. My heater died at the coldest part of Christmas and my daughter and I were living in one room of our house. Tommy Garner and his group are the best! And they always answer their phone.
