Really a World Class Job, they did a great job cleaning everything and testing all the parts. The employee who came to my house was professional and did a great job explaining everything too me.
It was the first time I've had a contractor go out of there way to make sure I knew what was happening. Normally I feel like I need to jump through hoops to get a clear answer.

World Class Service did an extraordinary job for us. They went the extra mile to ensure we were educated and informed on all of the different options, going as far as doing multiple consultation visits to ensure the right equipment and set up were selected for our home; we never felt like they were using a cookie cutter approach with us. When it came down to installation they helped us get heating/cooling after eleven months without either, their empathy and care made us feel valued. The installation team was professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and did a tremendous job in getting us going. They explained equipment usage and maintenance and answered any questions we had.
We highly recommend World Class Service, we will be using them for all our maintenance needs and if the opportunity arises will chose them for additional work in the future.

Fabulous workmanship by these guys! They were very straightforward and didn't try to upsell us on a bunch of stuff like other companies we got quotes from. There was initial disappointment day of installation when we were told that the space was too tight for the furnace and heat pump (or ac) to be installed, but they worked with us, and Jason and the crew did us a real solid by getting an air handler that would fit and installed it, same day. Sergey and the rest of the crew masked up when we requested and kept everything neat inside and out! Very professional and friendly.

At the end of winter 2020/21 our boiler went out. We reached out to two companies for new boiler systems quotes. Neither of those companies ever got back to us. We then reached out to two companies to get quotes for adding a traditional furnace system and/or a Mitsubishi mini-split system. World Class Services was one of those two companies. We decided to go with the mini split system but had unfortunately long delays due to Covid causing supply line issues. We went through most of winter 2021/22 without heat. World class services was really good about keeping us informed and installing any components as soon as they received them. They were very professional in getting our system installed and up and running. We now have heat and are very grateful. I would definitely recommend this company as they do a really good job, treat you right, and are not outrageously priced.

World class services was recommended to me from two of my neighbors. I made an appointment for world-class services to service my heating system. Ani, the service tech kept me informed about his arrival arrival time. Ani went over a couple of concerns he had about my aging system. After his consultation, I realized to repair my existing system, would Not be my best use of money. I have scheduled world-class services to come and replace and revamp and install Central air conditioning throughout my home. The Professionalism displayed was a testament of their US military veteran owned and operated way of doing business. Highly recommend by me.

Just finished installation process, from quote to installation all worked well. Our expectations were in alignment with Armando, scheduling, and finally with installation and billing... The only surprise was how routine they made the install feel for our older home which is a good thing. Very considerate in hiding condensation pipes, electric, and refrigerant lines. All World Class Services personnel were friendly, professional and knowledgeable and all, considerately wore masks and shoe coverings in the house. They installed a much needed new gas furnace and water heater and thoroughly cleaned the ducts and vents. Even when there was a manufacture-related problem with the water heater, they were quick to resolve the problem and take care of us. I can really tell the difference in the house and feel confident we're in good hands with World Class Services. Thank you.

Stephanie is very professional and knowledgeable. She was able to fix my furnace and get my house heater once again very quickly. I also did not feel pressured to just buy a new expensive furnace. I really feel like they were on my side and helped me with my problem. I definitely recommend World Class Services and give them 5 stars !!

We used World-Class Services for a new mini ductless system as well as getting a quote for a new thermostat, heat pump, and furnace. Not only were their prices the best, but their service was amazing as well. I highly recommend this company, and I will continue to use them for our future projects. Our technicians were on time, super friendly, very clean, but most importantly communicative and even checked in with us after the project was finished to ensure that we were happy.

Our very old furnace died and he came out quickly and got us set up with a fair price for a new furnace and water heater. The installer was also extremely knowledge and friendly!
