From beginning to end service was top notched service I am very happy with this company, Starting with John who provided me with all the information and answered all my questions very patiently helped me to choose their service and installation. John is the reason why I decided to do it with them. Than their team that came to install the new equipment was hard at work in a tight space that is the crawl space, I was very impressed how hard working people they are. They even cleaned my ductwork. The office staff was also incredible, The pricing of all the equipment was reasonable compared to all the outlet bids. Than you for your hard work World class services, They indeed are World Class!

I’m deploying in the near future and wanted to get my furnace inspected and any maintenance needed performed before I left. It was a great experience from the moment I messaged them on Yelp for a quote. They were very responsive to messages and had the best price quote I received. Extra bonus is that it’s a Veteran owned company that employs fellow Veterans. The technician that came out was on time and extremely professional, knowledgeable and very personable. I will definitely refer my friends to World Class Services.

Today I had routine maintenance done on our tankless water heater and furnace. Everything from scheduling to completion was done with ease and satisfaction. After being so pleased with our initial experience with World Class Services last year, we have hired them repeatedly and also opted for their maintenance club for our rentals and our primary residence which includes annual maintenance. Another perk was that they would contact me to schedule the maintenance. I admit, I was a bit skeptical of this… but it actually happened! I received a text message (my preferred method of communication) from a real person and was able to schedule very easily! I received several reminder notifications and a phone call from the technician on the day of service with a more narrow arrival time than the already-short 2-hour window. This may not be important for everyone, but I find this level of service very helpful so I can plan my day rather than sit around waiting for something to happen. Ani, the technician, was very polite and professional. He worked quickly to conduct the maintenance both in the attic and the garage and was on his way. There was no attempt at “selling” anything, other than a simple-yet-clear offer to renew the maintenance plan. After I stated I would need to discuss with my husband, that was it. Zero pressure. Ani left with the same level of kindness and professionalism that he arrived. With multiple rental properties, we work with a lot of contractors. All of my comments in this review come from past experiences with other contractors that have led to somewhat negative expectations of what this type of service could be like. World Class Services stands out to me as a company with a different approach and values. Thank you!

I took a chance on trying a new company when I couldn't get my regular furnace guy to come and help me fix a problem for two weeks. It was a great experience! The communication was outstanding and the service guys who came were friendly, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after themselves. They wore masks during COVID-19 concerns and were able to solve my furnace problems just one day after I first called. Five stars from me and I will use them again. Highly recommended.

WCS installed our A/C unit mid covid. They did a fantastic job, answered all my questions and were very affordable. A year later, my AC condenser was leaking water into my garage. They came out the next day and unbeknownst to me, there was an air filter that was dirty causing the A/C freeze and leak water. They offered us a service package, replaced the filters and sent us on our way for only 150.00. They are always respectful and considerate of our home. Plus, I love supporting a local veteran owned company. Give them a call, you wont be disappointed.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. I have worked in the construction industry for the last 10 years managing subcontractors. Typically dealing with HVAC/plumbing outfits can be extremely frustrating for a variety of reasons. Not this time. On a Sunday morning, Will (senior tech) showed up on time, diagnosed the issue, and was well prepared to make the fix quickly. While he was fixing it he took the time to educate me about the somewhat complex recirculating system I have and made recommendations for me to keep it running well in the future. Since he seemed so knowledgeable, I had him look at a few other issues I had with my heat pump and ceiling cassettes. No rush, no sales pitch, and great price. I will be calling World Class Services again for my next project. Thanks again Will! I always like to support a small family-owned business owned by one of our great military veterans.

World Class Services installed a new furnace for me. The install was very professional and was done by Damian who did a great job of removing the old furnace and installing the replacement. Will Good, after searching found a same size, or close, furnace. World Class has a great team!

WOW...we are so impressed by the service and dedication by this company...it's refreshing to have a company that gives you information and is honest about what they are seeing and finding. We had our fireplace (gas); furnace and heat pump all serviced and repaired. A little over a week ago we had a emergency call from Armando and he was great...he got our heat back on (we were without it for a little over 24 hours) and told us some things that needed to be addressed from what he found. We scheduled a service call and today was the day. Will arrived at 8:15 this morning and left at 7:15 this evening...he kept us informed about what he was doing and worked hard to make sure EVERYTHING was clean and in working order. We learned more today in all the years we've had this system and can't say enough about the service from this company...we have already signed up for maintenance so that we keep this all working so we won't have these issues in the future! If you want a company you can trust and depend on...this IS the company!!!

World Class Services is hands down the best contracting experience I’ve ever encountered. From sales to installation you will be pleased with this team of professionals.The only problem I encountered was my lack of knowledge of HVAC. Their knowledgeable sales and installation team was with me every step of the way, they answered all of my questions promptly and patiently.

Amazing customer service, quality of work, and honesty from this team. I have used World Class Services numerous times for our rental properties as well our own home and we will continue to use them. I’ve met a lot of contractors and vendors over the years, and we have finally found our contractor for all of the important stuff (HVAC, water heaters, ducts, fireplaces, etc.).
