Jerrod came to our home in Camas and inspected our A/C system. He found that the furnace motor was struggling because the builders of our new home had not had a filter in when painting and constructing. They went above and beyond to interact with our builder and get the problem fixed. We did not know this level of customer service still existed. Thank You so Much!

Apex has always been extremely timely, clean and professional when we’ve needed them for our AC repair and now for our HVAC replacement. They explained everything very thoroughly and didn’t try to oversell us on a HVAC system we didn’t need even when we inquired. They helped us get our system installed where and how we wanted it.

Have only been working with Apex a little over two months and our rural location is about an hour from their Vancouver WA offices. Have made two service requests and in both cases Apex had someone here same day or no more than a one day wait. Their Service tech Ricardo is TOP NOTCH. Helpful and really lets you know he cares. Jennifer at there service desk has also been super responsive and also reflects this Companies dedication to their customers. Great customer service!!

Excellent customer service. Great team, honest, reliable, trustworthy. They called when they were on their way during the scheduled service window. The technician was friendly and respectful. I would highly recommend Apex Air for all your heating and cooling needs.

We were told by another HVAC company that the compressor on the heat pump was out and we needed to replace the heat pump. Fortunately, I got a second opinion from Apex, who got it running. They replaced one $289 part, cleaned the coils, got it ready for winter, and it's all good.

Very pleased. I just had Brandon Peacock stop by my house to give a quote on a new heat system, he was very professional and willing to explain every question I asked. We have been looking for the past few weeks and have had several companies come out and give us quotes. Brandon by far has out done them all in his willingness to go above and beyond to explain everything. Also, wanting to make sure I walk away happy with what was being presented.

After taking into consideration the “age of the original heating portion of our (split HVAC SYSTEM). We mutually agreed that our best interest would be met by replacing the furnace portion at this time.
I was given a fair and reasonable $$price for the install (Work was completed by a competent two man crew led by David Fernandez.
