David called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived early, was polite and courteous. He worked quickly and efficiently, and even offered assistance with a non HVAC issue I had, including calling his supervisor for a bid on the work.
I am very pleased with my overall service from Apex Air.

David Hernandez, unlike so many service providers & contractors, arrived a few minutes AHEAD OF TIME, which was greatly appreciated! 👍 He was pleasant, friendly and polite and did a thorough job, answering all of my questions directly and simply— so that I understood everything. I would DEFINITELY hire Apex again and would enjoy David being the one who is assigned to work in my home again.

Our AC seemed like it wasn’t blowing cold air. And it just so happen to do this right before the biggest heat wave in Portland-metro’s history! I had a hunch on what happened, but I wanted to get out a trusted advisor to do a thorough diagnostic. I’m an existing Apex customer and I’ve been very happy with the service each time. I contacted Apex Air on a Thursday and was miraculously able to get someone scheduled to come out first thing the following Monday. This, during a time when practically every HVAC company in the region has multi-week backlogs before they’re able to come onsite for service calls… temperatures literally in the 110-115 degree range! I was very impressed with their responsiveness and willingness to send someone out. Our tech who came out on Monday morning was David F. Very knowledgeable and very thorough! He checked our outdoor unit, ran some tests, checked under the hood and kicked the tires, if you will. He then checked on the health of the furnace. He also gave me some very helpful tips on how to keep our unit running efficiently and effectively during these abnormal heat waves. David worked quickly, kept me informed along the way, and was an overall pleasure to interact with. Apex Air is and will continue to be our go-to service provider for all of our HVAC needs. I’d highly recommend them. And if you end up with David as your service tech, then you’re in good hands.

Originally, I had written an honestly disappointed review of Apex based on my husband’s, and my, dealings with them thus far. Yesterday, Charles came out to my house and I was able to speak to him regarding my concerns, and to make sure everything was working properly. After a great conversation where we were able to clear the air and figure out what went wrong, I feel more comfortable in keeping Apex as our heating/cooling company and would recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC replacement/repairs. It was great to be able to KNOW that a company is concerned with their customer’s wellbeing, making sure that the relationship between the two is fixed, and not just about getting paid.

The servive was quick, diligent. and professional. David Fernandez was an excellent technician. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and took great pride in his work. We will definitely be using Apex Air for all out needs going forward.

Ricardo did an amazing job performing maintenance on our heating system. He was very professional, informative, and went out of his way to help us swap out our sanitization light instead of purchasing a new one. We had a blower installed in our fireplace and Ricardo was very helpful in teaching us how to use it. Would highly recommend service.

Apex's technician David recently maintenanced my HAVC system. He is friendly, professional, and care about the service he provides. He treat my furnace like his own house, and cleaned up everything after done. I am very satisfied and grateful for his work.

In addition to our AC installation the Apex team also made sure my Nest thermostat was working properly and they discovered an oil leak in the blower and were able to repair that even though that is not what they came out to do. Great job and great support!

Ricardo did an excellent job diagnosing the problem with our A/C and getting parts and repairs done in quickly. We had out of town guests arriving in a few days and Ricardo and scheduler Jen worked to get us up and running a timely manner. This was our first time having Apex Air service our system and we will definitely use them again in the future.

Ricardo was amazing! Very informative, thorough, and professional. Not only did he explain to me what was causing my HVAC issues, after repaired, he made sure to ask to see if I had any questions, and then professionally addressed them. His knowledge of the product and customer service skills are very impressive. Thank you!!!
