Burkhardt Heating & Cooling

In the past I’ve used Burkhardt as well as others for furnace maintenance. But I’m super happy I chose Burkhardt Heating and Cooling for my new furnace and a/c.
Everyone I worked with at Burkhardt was so nice and helpful. Elliot was knowledgeable about the products. He answered all my questions, helped me understand the various components, and helped me select a system right sized for my little house. Jessica and Dillon in the office were on top of my situation and got me set up with the appointments I needed. The team that came to install my new system was great. Troy, Joe, and Marc were right on time, they had everything
needed with them, and they cleaned up after they were done. They answered my questions and gave me a walk-through on my new system.
I am so pleased with my whole experience with Burkhardt Heating & Cooling. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace their furnace or a/c.

I needed to replace my A/C Unit. The staff showed up on time and were very knowledgeable and friendly. They did a good job removing my old A/C Unit without leaving any mess. There was a small amount of clean up necessary inside the house from parts that were from the old piping and the saw dust from drilling. This is not bother me much. The staff were respectful and did a fantastic job.

The entire staff - from receptionist/scheduler, to service technician, to estimator, to installers, to billing personnel - were pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable.

The estimator/project manager and installers did a great job of explaining equipment features, options and maintenance. The installers were on time and efficient, cleaned up afterward, and walked me through their work at the end.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Burkhardt Heating & Cooling on the purchase/installation of me new furnace and air conditioner!

Very professional service men. Quick and no hassle instalation of a new gas heater. Will recommend them to everyone. Had to have them install a completely new exhaust pvc system.

I had Horst, a salesman come out and give me an estimate. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very reasonable for price and I was getting the top of line system. I had a Armstrong modulating furnace and an Armstrong heat pump installed with a communicating thermostat. A team of three gentleman came on a Friday to install, Troy, Andy and Brett. they did an amazing install. Love the heat pump, haven't really had a chance to see furnace run too much but expect it to be quiet and very efficient. Would absolutely go to Burkhardt again! Thank you for a great system!

We're first time home owners, so there's lots of things we don't know about maintaining our house. Burkhardt installed our new AC unit this past summer and Alex just came by to do maintenance on our furnace system. He was super helpful and timely and explained everything, plus our dog liked him!

Furnace went out Christmas Eve because the holidays are always eventful. Called Burkhardt promptly Monday morning and they were able to schedule me later that day. Despite an appointment prior to mine running long they still came through around 8PM and cared about my situation with all intent of getting the Furnace working again. Both techs were professional and communicated the situation to me and gave me space to consider my options. They then performed all repairs without pressuring me for any additional work. If any future HVAC issues arise or work is needed then I'll gladly use Burkhardt again, and will refer them to others as appropriate.

We had a new condenser and modification for an updated Único AC system. We needed additional AC jets. The work was done very timely and professionally. Horst was an excellent sales person: knowledgeable, good listener, and remained involved during installation. The installers Billy and Drew were very polite and professional. The new unit works very well. I would highly recommend this company.-

We have been using Burkhardt for many years now and are very happy with their service. They reach out each season to remind us when we need some maintenance done, they arrive during their window, and are always communicative about what they see during inspections. I would recommend any customer use them as I believe you will be very happy with their service.

I only use Burkhardt! All of their techs have been fantastic, especially Shawn.
Shawn takes great care in the service and is very personable and professional. He is also very amenable to my works calls that I usually have to take while he is here!
He is so knowledgeable and explanatory as well!
