    I purchased a inspection or maintenance. They were prompt, professional, and courteous. I was hoping they would have done some cleaning but they did not, that was not part of the maintenance I purchased. While the company is really good, I wanted something more than someone to just look at my furnace. Next time I know better when I purchase a plan.

    We didn't end up using Burkhardt to install our new HVAC but I wanted to throw a shoutout to one of Burkhardt's HVAC sales representatives, Elliot. He was super knowledgeable, helpful, responsive and made sure he answered all my questions before he left. He was awesome at being honest and made sure I understood everything regardless if we used Burkhardt or not.

    Our air conditioner went out, so I called Burkhardt. I am very glad that I did. One of their representatives, Elliot, came out the same day I called to take a look at our air conditioner. He was very thorough in his assessment. When it looked like our best option was to replace the furnace and the air conditioner (both of our units were nearly 25 years old), he ran through multiple options for us and didn't just try to sell us the most expensive option. Elliot was very trustworthy and we felt extremely comfortable with our options and the choice we made in the end. Elliot had a good sense of humor and we appreciated the fact that he treated us genuinely well, and was not just trying to make a sale. Because I had called on a Friday, the installation was going to be the next week, so Elliot took it upon himself to troubleshoot our air conditioner problem to try to get us through the very hot weekend. (He saw that we have 2 small children and he wanted to make sure we were as comfortable over the weekend as possible until we had our new appliances installed.) He even gave us his personal cellphone number and told us that if our a/c went out again over the weekend, he would walk us through the steps to get it working again.
    We were able to schedule an installation for our new furnace and air conditioner for the following week, which was great to get it taken care of so soon. The team that did the installation (Troy, Marc and Joe) were fantastic as well - they showed up on time and were very respectful of the property. They finished earlier than anticipated and really left their working area just as if not cleaner than when they arrived. Troy, Marc and Joe were all very personable and were able to answer my questions throughout the installation process.
    Overall, my wife and I are extremely happy with the service we received from the Burkhardt team. We strongly recommend them if you or anyone you know is having a heating or cooling issue.

    Paid about $105 for a tech to run diagnostics, said I had a block. $4k to extract refrigerant, replace and recharge. I asked if that was the only option he said yes. I said I'd need other opinions, he then said I had a leak, still $4k had to replace entire refrigerant line, gave me some speil about all the refrigerant recovery, then the work itself, etc etc. Asked if it was just low refrigerant, nope, I told him to send me a quote, ok. (Was it a block or leak?) Anyway, got two other opinions from other busineeses with what I would assess more experienced techs that were more thorough assessing the issue, looking in things, feeling things, using a thermometer to measure things...used some logic to eliminate blockage or leak from being an issue and just low refrigerant. Went another direction and $400 later going with someone else and sleeping great that I questioned the initial assessment. Sorry Burkhardt, but you've sent me several requests (texts and email) to write a review, maybe had you put half the effort into a follow-up to discuss satisfaction, I wouldn't have bothered to leave it. Your tech was nice enough and professional, but the assessment from the "diagnostic" was tragically short and had I been more naive I'd be out $3600. Think ill go to Italy or something instead.

    My service technician was Jake. Extremely knowledgeable, polite and professional. This is my second experience with Burkhart and I would not hesitate to use them again. Great job Jake.
    We then worked with Elliot in sales and James and Drew for the install. Great job all around. Very happy.

    They came right out. The technician was extremely helpful, friendly and most importantly professional. He took time to explain everything perfectly. Great experience. I will definitely use them again. Update on 3/17/23 Berto came out to service my furnace and he was phenomenal. He will be installing a new one within the next month.

    I called Burkhardt for a tune-up after receiving a promotional mailing from them. I had heard good things about the company before. Alberto came and checked out my system. He was very respectful and knowledgeable, having answers to all the questions I had for him.

    The crew of Mike, Dean and Brett installed a new boiler in my 70 years old house, It took them about 6 hours and they did a great job. They were clean courteous and very good at keeping me up to date on the progress . I would recommend Burkhardt to anymore needing this type of Service Performed.
