Burkhardt Heating & Cooling

Had Billy and Drew Install a new furnace and AC unit. Both were very professional and friendly. They explained the whole process, as they went. Answered all my questions. I was very pleased with Burkhardt Heating and Cooling. And they are local.

My furnace went out on me so I called another company who would not be able to get out and inspect for 3 days. I called Burkhardt and they sent out someone to inspect within the hour. Berto was awesome, he explained what was wrong and gave options. Horst came out and gave options to which furnace I should choose and financing information. No one ever pressured or tried to upsell me regarding products/services. They provided me with space heaters until they were able to do the install a couple of days later. Dan and Oscar did a great job. They answered all questions. A couple days later, Oscar returned to clean the vents. He and his crew were fantastic. Everyone I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist in getting me heat. They answered all questions I had. I'm glad I went with them and would recommend them.

Had a boiler go out on me. They did tune up on the spot and got it working but didnt push me into new parts and more $$$ before checking the cheap options first. Ended up coming back to change a sensor and saved some money. I believe in quality diagnostics first and not jumping to conclusion. Great tech for that reason. Id rather have 2 visits that diagnose the problem correctly than 1 visit and make wild expensive assumptions.

We needed a new Roof Top Unit for our office, that required a crane to install. They responded very quickly to the request in early March. The install went smoothly and the crew was courteous and professional.

They arrived just a few hours after being called. They asked to film the repair for a video, and I was fine with it. They charged what they quoted, and they pointed me in the right direction to repair the issue. A trip to Home Depot and Menards, everyone knows you can’t go to the same store twice in a day, later got the heat back on by the end of the afternoon. I still have them coming through to quote a replacement as my old girl is 22+ years old at this point.

I've been a Burkhardt HVAC customer since I bought my house 20 years ago. I trust them. I trust their technicians. Their techs are real pros. This past visit was basic maintenance on my 3 year old Bryant furnace. The technician arrived on time and chatted with me about how it was running. With that feedback he adjusted a few things, cleaned the exchanger and installed an ionizer to reduce dust and allergens. He also noticed my humidifier line had a crusted-shut saddle valve which I would have never noticed until it sprang a leak. Burkhardt's maintenance plan makes sense and is a good value.

I have been working with Burkhart Heating and A/C since my home was built. When a problem arises I can easily talk with their office and they help me solve all my concerns and Heating and A/C problems. Today I had an humidifier installed and they worked with me to get that done. I'm satisfied with the work they do and the work they have done for me over the past 10 years. I look forward to working with Burkhart Heating and A/C in the future.

The most friendly and professional service we have received in Brown Deer! Our heater was acting up so I emailed them to schedule an appointment. Got a call immediately, and they showed up the same day. After consultation we decided to replace our heater and air conditioner, install a humidifier, and have our ductwork cleaned. Horst came out the same day to give us our options and get us set up. Tuesday Mike, Brett, and Chiko showed up to install both units. Very friendly crew, and they sounded like they were having a good time working together. Always a good sign. By the afternoon we had a new heater, air conditioner and humidifier. Chiko and another young man showed up on Wednesday to clean the ductwork and even gave us a before and after look inside the ductwork via camera. Lisa called us to follow up on all of the work we had done about 2 weeks later.

Will definitely be calling them when it's time to replace our water heater and for any cleaning and maintenance future. Cannot express enough how refreshing it is to have this quality of service. They were prompt, knowledgeable, everyone was friendly, they were mindful of our pets, and they cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend!!!

Eliza (spelling?) did our routine maintenance last week. Very impressive. Quite frankly, all their people are. Chris and Shawn have also done work at our house - top notch. They are all highly recommended by us.

The company is always fast to respond and willing to make a visit to repair any service I need done. They work quick and efficient, they make me feel like I matter as their customer. I will be going to them for my heating and cooling needs for many more years to come.
