Bill came out to the house Saturday night to look at my furnace it was blowing cold air. Very professional and a very nice guy. Found out I need a new furnace. Will definitely be having them install my furnace!

It was very cold out and our heat went out in the middle of the late night/early morning maybe 330am… Bill came out in the freezing cold and was here within the hour to get it working again! He was very knowledgeable- professional- friendly and personable. He got our heat on right away - even went out of his way to change out our filter and made sure our heat was working good before he left! If I would recommend anyone- it would definitely be Bill! He was great!! Most places would wait till the morning or afternoon to come out- but he asked if I wanted him to come right away and then he was on the way! So grateful!

*UPDATE* - Been having continual problems after the furnace install where water was leaking all over my basement floor. The rep who installed the furnace told me if I had any issues like water leaking to call in and they would come back and check it out.

I call in and am told "it's not possible for our furnace install to leak water, it must be an issue with your plumbing" but if "I want to spend money and have them come out and check they can but it will most likely be a waste of time". I decide to call the plumber as recommended who rotos my floor drain for $150 but says he doesn't really get all that much but a few roots about ~40-50ft deep.

A few weeks pass and I turn on the heat due to the colder weather and water is leaking almost every single night now and I can finally tell now that it's from the side of the furnace where there's a drainage pipe. I call in again and reiterate they installed this furnace and said I should call in if I had any issues. After my call they show up ~30 minutes later and can tell right away the issue is that the drainage pipe (that they must have moved during the install b/c this was never a problem before, or my old one had a pump which they should have noticed / mentioned during the install) is now elevated and that is causing the water to not drain properly. Rep tells me he doesn't have any pipe with him but I can run to home depot and buy one and fix it real quick and leaves me with a $200 service bill after looking at it for 2 minutes after i've already paid them thousands for the initial install.
