Furnace was not working during a cold month. Bill showed up within 20 minutes of calling and repaired the malfunctioning equipment.

Was able to have my heat fixed within 4 hours of calling who was GREAT! Price was a little high but the timeliness of service was worth it.

As a Property Manager, I have used Drs Heating and Cooling many times and the price can't be beat and the equipment is great quality. The last install I had was for a central air replacement on my home. Nick was the best technician. He was so thorough and took a lot of time explaining what he was doing and answered any questions I had. I will be specifically requesting him the next time I need a new furnace or A/C. Thank you guys again!

Our very old furnace stopped working just after a large snowfall. I called DRS and they were there in a short time despite the terrible road conditions. They gave me an honest estimate and due to the age of the furnace we scheduled to have a new one installed. They were back again the next morning and did a great job with the install. Have had no issues at all and really appreciated the politeness and professional attitude both Phil and Chris had. Thanks again!

We called on Drs after AC went out in the heat of the Summer. Alex was very responsive getting an estimate. Jeff and John were professional and did a great job installing and cleaning up when they were done. We also had a missing duct replaced. I installed a new thermostat and Jeff went above and beyond by verifying it controlled the furnace and AC correctly.
