Comfort Climate Control

I have used Comfort Climate Control for all of my air conditioning and heating needs for the past 9 years. They are great! They are able to handle any emergencies quickly (in fact last year during a major heat wave, my A/C decided to shut down and they were out within a couple of hours to come fix it) and, of course, they also do regular maintenance to keep my A/C and heating unit running smoothly all year long. Always professional, always kind.

The staff of Comfort Climate Control were very responsive and clear. Even though we are in a heavy heatwave and demand for their services is high, they did their best to repair our AC. They provided clear response expectations, kept me informed and came as soon as they could. The problem was identified swiftly and the repair estimate was clear. The were done fast and additionally cleaned the outdoor system and internal filters. They followed all of the COVID-19 precautions. We are very grateful to be enjoying a nice cool home in the middle of the heat wave. Thank you Connie, Pete and Mark!

I needed a complete replacement of my AC and heating unit in my house. Out of the four companies I inquired, only this one offered a Manual J measurement (look it up) so I will get a right-sized unit and save money. It’s easier just to install an oversized ($) unit and be done with it, but the buyer will pay extra for cooling capacity he won’t need.

Connie (co-owner) and her crew are always professional and punctual. They kept my house clean during the entire installation.

We really love Comfort Climate because they are very thorough, professional and extremely polite. They take precautions to not scratch my floors or track in dirt and that is appreciated by me. The office staff is great too. They call to remind me to schedule maintenance and will call to let us know estimated arrival times, updating us when the tech is on the way. Great team all around!

Excellent customer service, I called them when my air conditioning went out in the midst of a heat wave. They were able to come out the next day and repair the issue. Mark and his team are great to work with. Office staff and repairman were professional, on time and polite. They are my go to now for heating and HVAC issues and maintenance.

Prompt, professional service. I have them out two times a year to check up on both the heating and air conditioning. As always, the office staff was friendly and informative and the technician was prompt and professional. I will be using them for any future HVAC needs and highly recommend them.

A great company. Very professional and courteous staff and technicians. Used them in the past to install a new furnace and A/C unit at my mother's house and recently to do repairs on my A/C unit. Very honest and upfront with their fees. Would highly recommend this company.

I have used other maintenance service before. But Comfort Climate out bets them. They are professional and knowledgeable. I asked so many questions on what minimal maintenance I should be doing. Pete was patient with me and answered all my questions. An showed me where all the filters are and how to clean them. They did the winter maintenance check for me. I will plan on using the summer one too.

I have been a client of Comfort Climate for 15+ years and I highly recommend them to everyone, including my boss!! I built my home and I hired them to install the complete heating/cooling system and they are the only contractor that I still use 15 years later. Unquestionably the very best!!

What more can i say, they are the best. Not only did they install our Trane heating and air conditioning system but they have maintained twice a year for many years. Wonderful company, personable and professional. The icing on the cake is Pete, the service person who we look forward to seeing fall and spring to keep our system running smoothly. Would give them 10 stars if I could.
