Our furnace was not starting and I called Connie. She quickly helped diagnose the problem and scheduled a tech to fix it. Pete arrived on time and replaced the part. Our home is nice and warm again. Thanks Comfort Climate Control. I’ll be recommending CCC to all my Rosedale neighbors.

Mark and Connie, along with the rest of their workforce are absolutely the best. Comfort Climate Control installed a new HVAC in my elderly mother-in-law's home and walked us thorough every step of the way, including insulation. The technician came 1 1/2 hr ahead of time been Saturday it was awesome and with this heatwave we couldn’t be more happier. He had the part that we need it to replace and was very professional, my husband also helped having the two ladders ready to go over the roof . It was a little over price , but they wave the charge of service call . We recommend this company we live in Azusa and they are in Azusa too !

Mark installed the AC/ Furnace and Air Duct for my house 9 years ago. Everything performs at its top capacity still. I also signed up their Maintenance program giving me the peace of mind.

I have been using CCC since my wife's cousin told me about them. About 3 years now.

All the techs that have come to the house have been respectful and very efficient. After the work they showed me the results and asked if I had any questions.

Calling them is easy and, again, very polite people work there.

I have not had to use them for an emergency yet (maybe that is because their twice yearly service is so good).

You can do a lot worse (I have in the past) and right about now these guys are the best I've used.. period.

Comfort Climate Control is a superior company, not just in its ability to provide outstanding technical and customer service but also the amazing capacity they have to do it fast and with complete accuracy. When you use Comfort Climate Control you are pretty much guaranteed to get what you need, when you need it. We did. Our a/c unit which we purchased from Comfort Climate control about 15 years ago required servicing and a certain part so immediately we feared we were going to be told either they were too busy or we'd have to wait days or weeks for the part or some other BS story that you would typically hear from a company that provides these types of a/c and heating services - especially in So Cal during the summer. Nope, these people: Connie, Abraham and the amazing Pete took great care of us and within about 24 hours, our a/c was working like a brand new unit. Abraham was the first to diagnose the problem which he did very quickly and even took a picture of the part and send it to the office where Connie immediately hunted down the part. Then Connie placed a call to the amazing Pete who that day, not only drove out to get the part, but also showed up that same afternoon (it was late and 100+ degrees) and went right to work installing the part and doing a thorough maintenance check. Poor Pete was sweating like a big dog in that ridiculously hot garage but focused on his task until he was certain that we had a perfectly performing a/c unit. We are so thankful for the incredible efficiency of these people and their astonishing dedication to giving the customer what they need with lightening-like speed.

Comfort Climate performed one of two service maintenance this year on the Trane system installed by them a few years ago. Once again, the service technician answered my questions and provide very helpful insight on setting and checking my thermostat controls.
The technician was very easy to understand and truly helpful.
I am thankful I chose this company in installing the Trane system and performing the annual maintenance. Great Company!!
