I have been working with the team at Comfort Climate Control on Certified GREEN building projects for over 10 years. Mark^s HVAC design expertise has been instrumental in achieving home performance and optimizing the comfort in the custom homes we build in the South Bay Area.

This company is fantastic! I had a new Trane HVAC system installed in December 2019. Everyone was professional and the service was excellent. The new system has been working great and we're very happy!

Pete arrived on time and introduced himself. He conducted the maintenance checks in a timely manner and provided a replacement air filter. He reviewed the results of the maintenance checks with me and processed the payment. Everything went smoothly. Pete was courteous and professional.

Comfort Climate Control did an outstanding job with my new system. Their staff was very friendly and professional. I would not hesitate in calling them for future work.

They responded quickly and were out the next day. He price was reasonable and they had my AC unit back up and running in minutes. I will keep them in my contacts.

I called to make an appointment for my elderly mother. They told me they would call me back. Never did. So the next day I called again to make sure they were coming out to fix her furnace. They again said yes and would call me back. Guess what? They never did. So I called them back around 3 in the afternoon to cancel, I was tired of waiting. And the person on the phone just hung up on me. How rude is that. I wasnt angry or anything even though I had a right to be.

Excellent customer service. Our tech, Pete, was thorough, friendly and efficient. Connie was excellent at scheduling and keeping us updated on earlier appointment times.

I had my yearly maint.service 7/1/19 and as usual they were here on time ,Abraham was my service technician,very pleasant put a tarp down so he wouldn't get anything on the carpet had his shoe protectors on and did everything he was supposed to do cleaned the unit outside checked everything. this co. has been nothing but professional, I get ads all the time for maint. service but this place is the best,i won' t be changing!!
