Elim HVAC

This is one of the best HVAC companies I've ever worked with. They are super professional and they work hard to identify the problem and repair it with as little hassle to the customer as possible. Great people!

Made 2 appointments for a simple ac service. Both times my appointments were at 3-5pm. And both times they called me to ask if they can be there sooner cause they had appointments canceled and I told them I would be there in 30 mins ans both times they canceled and told me they r leaving to another appointment when mine wasn't even fulfilled. Worse customer service ever. No apology or try to make it right. They can't keep their appointments they make and times they give u.

These guys do quality work, with installer's warranty on the Philips mini split unit we bought on Amazon. Great deal without the feeling of cut corners! The only reasons for the 4 stars are that they rescheduled last minute to a different day, and we were given the wrong final quote. We had to call them and work out the miscommunication.

Called Elim a few weeks ago I was having trouble with my heater, the girls in the office are very professional, I was able to get an appointment the same day which is awsome since I have little ones with asthma I couldn’t have them in the cold, while the technicians were here inspecting and fixing my system they told me I needed a filter change, I had them come back out here and service my system on Wednesday. Elim is awesome and on top of there excellent service I received a discount 🤗

Since Thursday my heater was not working, i googled hvac in my area & came a cross Elim i was able to get a hold of someone first time i called they scheduled me an apt for the next day (Saturday) which worked perfect for me i didnt have to miss work there very professional technicians came out and explained to me exactly what was going on they were able to fix the problem right away for a very affordable price. I could ask for more from any company. I will definitely recommend them..

Marco was very knowledgeable and quick to address my multiple heating unit job at a reasonable price. Obtained and fulfilled all required permits and maintained excellent contact throughout the process. I have already scheduled my next heater replacement with them.

ELIM HVAC has always provided me with excellent service. They have been servicing my HVAC Cooling and Heating System(s) for at least 5 years now. The ELIM staff/technicians are professional and courteous - I am fortunate to have them servicing my area.

1,he didn’t act as a professional technician,when we tried to test temperature,he use the tool one second only then tell me it’s eighty,I required the tool to test by myself, it’s getting down and he stopped me doing it told me “give it back to me,it will be broken “
2.when I followed him to the top of the restaurant,he told me air dryer is too old,temperature on air filter is 75F,it need to be cleaned.I required to test it again,how funny it is,temperature is 45F.
3.I wanna find out why cool air is slow and small,if I need a duct work.He immediately told me duct is good even he didn’t check it.how can him get the conclusion without an inspection?
He gave me the choice of change air dryer and refill Freon.for how much? 1200, amazing, air dryer online price is 20 -50,Freon I filled last month by yelp verified technician which cost me only 170.
Then where the money goes?
At least,this time who did the inspection for me,is not honest,even though he told me so much times “to be honest,honestly “

Great service, very professional and very fast turnaround time. Would highly recommend this company. They installed two heating/cooling units at my house and were great at figuring out the best location, etc.

No breakdown on the invoice re: labor / parts. Was told by the tech that the "Contactor" being replaced was $150.00. Also told 3 hrs labor. I was not quoted before commencing work on rates. Total bill was $450.00 and seemed arbitrary. The "Contactor" could be ordered from Amazon for $9.98 - $29.99 range. Price gouge? The tech was prompt and courteous. I appreciate the job done, but not confident in the manner that the invoice was constructed or the fact there was no quote before commencing the job. I feel I was overcharged for the replacement part. As a result, I can't recommend Elim HAVAC INC.
