Alex came over to my house and was extremely professional and polite. I had a leak on one of my mini-split and he took his time attempting to diagnosis the problem. Running low on option we couldn't find the leak but I noticed in his face his was determined to find the problem. After a few hours of trouble shooting the AC he found a small leak. Elim was checking in with me and making sure that everything was going as planned. I hope I dont have to use their serve for my other AC's however if I do I wouldn't look elsewhere.Great work guys!

Working with this company has been a disaster. They don't return calls or e-mails. Vaguely suggest they can do a job with no follow up. Complete waste of time.

Responds very quickly and gets the job done for all of our tenants, one of our long term vendors mentioned we had to replace an entire unit for $2600, Elim HVAC fixed the the problem for $500-$600, our client was very happy

Marco did a great job. He arrived early. Went up on my roof to fix my AC. Many other places I called refused the job for this reason. He was polite and thorough and most importantly, fixed the problem on the spot
