The techs were quick however when I called them and fully explaining the situation THEY GAVE A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PRICE which increased 100% when the techs arrived. After disagreeing with the price the told me maybe I should shop around first. I explained that I walked through the entire situation with the customer service rep when I received the price and took the whole afternoon off to be here for it. Another bait and hook company!

I highly recommend Alan Guerra and Bernardo Rivera with Sears Carpet Cleaning Services who were very professional and arrived on time to clean the carpet in my condominium. Both technicians performed EXCELLENT outstanding carpet cleaning services and went the extra mile to make sure every area was clean 100% to my satisfaction. In addition, they provided suggestions to help me with the carpet.

Sears pricing was reasonable and Sears sent photos of the technicians before their arrival. I will use this service again in the future as well as recommend to others. My experience with Sears carpet cleaning services was great.

Jose and Kevin arrived as called to verify the work to be done.. Very courteous of my property, and knowledgeable of their work. Extremely professional and thorough. I had moved all items out that could be damaged; my rooms are open, easy to move large furniture, which were properly replaced as finished. Very satisfied at this time for the courteous manner and quality of the job at hand. First time user, and the price was reasonable/excellent.

I’ve had my carpets cleaned by other companies but Sears has beat them all. The whole experience is easy and professional, from the scheduling and tracking of your technicians’ arrival to the friendly, professional al precise service they gave us. The carpets are extremely clean, and they don’t do aggressive up sales. I loved my experience with Sears carpet cleaning and would definitely recommend the technicians that came to my home Bernardo and Alan. Both friendly, knowledgeable and respectful.

Great service. They did an amazing job in cleaning the tile floors and carpets. All of the stains were taken out and the carpet and tile look great. Our technicians, Bernardo and Ivan were both great. Very nice and friendly. Prices are fair for what they do. I would highly recommend Sears carpet cleaning for anyone.

Israel, Jose and Roger were very professional and knowledgeable about what my floors needed. They were very friendly and worked great as a team. The process and cost were explained to me in details as well as how to keep my carpet and tile floor last longer in the shiny condition they left them in. I will use them again next time for sure.

Roger & Alejandro did a very thorough job on my carpets. They came out exceptionally clean. My recliner looked brand new again once they finished with it. They were very respectful to me and explained things thoroughly as to what they were going to do. The thing I really appreciated was that there were very careful moving my furniture.

This is my 3rd time using Sears Carpet Cleaning & Air Duct Cleaning San Diego! I’ve had my area carpet cleaned twice & today Alan & Bernardo did a phenomenal job on my upholstery cleaning! They have affordable & competitive pricing which first led me to them but their overall finished product, technical knowledge, & customer service is what kept them number 1 in my book. My sofas look & smell brand new! They tackled all the dog hair & odors on both my carpet & furniture which can be hard to rid. They were also courteous enough to drop off my area rug which saved me a 30-45 minute drive! Service was thorough & completed in a timely manner.

I had Sears come out and do a carpet cleaning and the carpets look great. Daniel V and Bernardo R were very professional and did great quality of work. I scheduled them to return to clean my hardwood floors Israel P. joined them and did an awesome job. Moved all my furniture and set it all back when they were finished. The Sears Carpet Cleaning team was top notch. From setting the appointment and being punctual to the time slot as scheduled, to keeping me informed as to what was being conducted while in my home. I was very impressed with their professionalism. They were also able to get out many deep/old stains in my carpet from my three dogs and two cats.
